Simple layout, excellent conditions

The conditions of the course was excellent. Best I’ve played in FL this winter. A relatively short, simple layout but enjoyable and the pace was just over 4hrs.

Great municipal

Awesome track.

Greens are lightening fast.

Literally the fastest you will find in area.

And roll better than LPGA.

Bunkers have lots of sand.

T blocks and fairways well maintained.

Like other Muny courses.

You are at the mercy of the people there for pace of play.

Starter does excellent job of pairing people and avoids sending singles or 2 somes.

NSB Golf

This course was in great condition. All green. No issues with T-Blocks, fairways and greens. All new white sand in bunkers. I have seen T-times increasing in cost with courses cutting back on maintenance and some not neglecting the required maintenance. It was nice to see this course in that great condition. Kudos to the owners and staff . It was a treat.

Holes 4,5,6 & 7 were closed. We were never notified and did not find out until finished hole 3. We were allowed to play 18 (we played 1,2,3, & 9 again), but this was just wrong. I would play again but only if I was sure the entire course was open.

I live in Nashville and have family here in Florida and I play this course every time we visit , always in great shape very challenging greens , it’s just a great facility from driving range to practice facilities to golf course. Absolutely love it.

It was disappointing that holes 4,5,6 & 7 were closed. They had us play 1,2,3 & 9 again after finishing 18 so we could get 18 holes in. I would recommend you not play this course until it is entirely open.
