was not advised of all the airating being done on the course greens looked like sand traps wasn't worth 25 bucks been cheaper to go to the driving range

The entire course had been aerated. Fairways as well as greens. Strong winds as well made this not a great experience.

Arriving just as a shotgun exited the course I had the dumb luck of no one in front of me. This translated into 18 holes in 2 hours!!! Greens are superb! We could use some rain so there were a couple of spots where lies were tighter than normal.

Starter on the ball. I prepaid and lady in pro shop had my ticket pre-printed.

Try Tiano’s for dinner or drinks afterwards. The food is very good as are the drinks and wine list. Range and practice facilities are better than many CCLUBS.

Best value for miles!

Playing New Smyrna Gold Club is like a trip to the past. Not too long, but with plenty of challenges, especially when you get to the greens. The greens vary in size and shape, with lots of contours to make putting tricky. The greens were fast! and smooth. We really enjoyed our first round here and will be coming back soon.

Never played New Smyrna GC before, I saw it’s rated over 4-star in golfnow, I decided to pay a visit. The staffs are very friendly, no complaints whatsoever. The course is a city course, I didn’t know it. It has 1 practice putting green, 2 chipping greens, better than average. Pace of play was also fine, a foursome in front me but never felt we were slowed done much. The course layout is boring. My biggest disappointment is the course condition, the greens are slow, fairways are in mediocre condition, So are the tee boxes. I don’t know how it achieved more than four stars. I will not come back again

I’m a former employee of the TPC four seasons in Dallas and realize the golf shop check was not very hospitable

My Wife and I played New Smyrna GC and enjoyed very much. A bit flat but some interesting Holes. Loved Dinner in Tiano’s afterwards

great smooth, fast greens. course as good as i have played.

Greens are great. Only subtracted from conditions for a few thin fairway spots. also a couple of tee boxes. Bunkers are good, I tested quite a few of them. Always enjoy this muni. Very good value.
