Overseeding at the moment greens are slow and you cannot drive the cart on the fairway.

Been playing this course fairly regular for the past 3+ years. Mgmt continues to improve on what is a challenging course by what looks to be a very good maintenance schedule. For the time of year, the condition is much better than some courses that are much more expensive. The team is always polite and friendly, it’s a great place to play!

Greens where poor and cart paths in places would shake your fillings out of your teeth or put your back out your back out. Also no ball washing stations

I like the layout of the historic Ross course. Old trees, nice layout, fairways and greens in moderate conditions. Friendly staff. Value for money. Will come back

This is the first time we've played this course in quite a few months and the improvements are definitely noticeable. The greens and the fairways are in great condition. A couple of the tea boxes still need work but the sand traps were also in great condition as well.

OK course seem pretty tight, greens and tee boxes to close together. Had some deep glass along the fairways better stay on the fairway.

This great gem has aged very well. Just two years short of 100 years old and Donald Ross’s design has still great tough greens.

An excellent example of a classic design by Ross. The course conditions are good with small greens and roll offs around the green. If you expecting course conditions of a country club then go somewhere else. Ross intended certain areas to be as you find them without watering or fertilizer. I used a golf now coupon and played here for under 23$. This place is a bargain that is rarely found anywhere or anytime in Florida. If you get within 100 miles go play it.

Golf course certainly has an old vibe to it. Shell back smaller greens. Nice place everyone is very friendly. Probably my favorite golf course in the area. Don't expect anything super fancy. Fairways and greens are in descent shape. For 32 dollars this is well worth it.

Much better than before need some more work. Getting back where it's my first choice.

Considering the summer heat, the staff is doing a great job of keeping up the course. Looks to GE one of the best kept in the area that I have played on!

Excellent, timeless Donald Ross layout...small greens ( which should be in amazing condition in the coming weeks), well taken care of bunkers, and deadly rough make this an excellent option for anyone south of Jacksonville.

Played here the second time around. The conditions of the course is terrible. Will be the last time I’ll be playing here.

Now I remember why I don’t go to this course. It was a great deal so cannot complain too much. Driving range was ok. You have to climb this huge hill, no bag stands, but the grass was good. I do not like the layout of the course. Many blind shots. Biggest complaints: anything off the fairway just ate your ball. Not high rough but high weeds. Spent a lot of time looking for balls that were just off fairway but buried. Greens bad conditions on most. If there was grass they were the slowest greens I have ever played! Had to smash the ball just to get it to the hole. One was a temporary green. People were very nice but long drive for me and too many nicer options for me closer to home.

Course has a fun and unique layout. Great value for the money. But in its current state, the greens are terrible. Sandy and bumpy. The rough was over grown, balls that rolled through the fairway disappeared because the grass was so tall
