About
Neighbor to the beautiful Ravine State Gardens, Palatka Golf Club offers a game that is as scenic as it is entertaining. Designed by Donald Ross in 1925, the golf course was created with all skill levels of golfers in mind. The layout is player friendly, but there are still many challenging elements to keep golfers on their toes, including Ross' signature "turtleback" greens. There are also numerous bunkers fiercely guarding the greens. The signature hole of the course is the par-3 third. This 188-yard hole is a test of accuracy, requiring a difficult tee shot to a well bunkered green. Palatka Golf Club also offers a unique aqua driving range for golfers to use.

The only reason I have a 3 stars rating instead of 4 star was that we were not allowed to drive on the fairways due to over seeding
I would highly recommend this course when we are allowed to drive in the fairways
OK
The course was over-seeded and the greens were very slow. Went there for the history of the course. For the money it was an enjoyable course to play, just don't expect pristine conditions.
Beautiful fall day of golf
They were over seeding the course, and you had to Keith carts in the rough. The greens were very thick and heavy

Golf
Don't feel that a rider should have to pay just to ride. Especially a young girl. If we wanted to take 2 carts that would be different. Second 9 got crowded. Greens were good.
Seven people and five golf carts
It's first time I've been there and had a very disappointing round you had seven people playing in front of me young people drinking and smoking weed could not get around them call the Pro Shop lying busy very disappointing round
Definition of a country course
I walked off after 7 holes, the conditions were absolutely horrendous. Honestly not worth the price for what you get, drive to St. John’s county and pay a little extra for a decent course. The tee boxes swallowed my golf ball and the greens were so furry. I guess good course to get drunk and mess around but don’t recommend.
Course was in good shape. Staff was great. Will definitely play here again. Good value for the price.
Great time
The course was in pretty good shape the weather was great the greens had good speed no problem. The only thing scares me is hitting down on a green with a tee box so close
Poor layout
Friendly staff. Nice views. Course layout is very tight. The driving range balls end up all over the fairway on one of the holes. The tee boxes are located just previous holes green impeding the pace of play.
