Greens are in bad shape as most of the fairways, bathroom clean

The course could be quite good with some work. Tee boxes are poor, fairways need to be watered. Greens were pretty good but signs that they are letting then go.

My wife and I have played the scores approximately 20 times.The staff is actually excellent.Very friendly and helpful.The course, That is another story.The fairways,tee boxes, and everything but the greens, needs a tremendous amount of work. I know they have a new owner there, and I am very hopeful, that he gets this course back to the way it was, Years ago.

Martin Downs is a good golf course. It has numerous interesting holes. I particularly like the back nine and the 18th hole. However, the course is in poor condition. It recently chnged hands and it appears that most of the money is being spent on the clubhouse and restaurant, not on the golf course. We teed off 15 minutes late and played in 4 hours and 45 minutes. We waited on almost all our shots. Things must change. I hope they will.

I will not recommended this course to anyones
