Buffalo Creek Golf Course

Played 9 holes on a course with no real golf design.Packed up after 9 as 4 flights on the par 4 10th

Worst condition I have seen at this course and have played it many times. I will say the greens rolled very smooth despite their awful appearance

This is a very well run golf course and the starter was very positive and friendly. He may have been the pro filling in that day as the starter.

Friendly staff, good conditions, including greens, acceptable pace of play for a county golf course. No complaints from me.

I play here about once per week

Was kind of disappointed in the shape the course was in. Way better shape two years ago when I played it. Special the greens need work. Staff was very pleased and helpful.

Overall course was fun and good value. Too bad the greens were terrible. They almost looked like someone was dancing on them with metal cleats. Full of bumps. Too bad. I’d go back if the greens were better.

New Managing group can be seen with the course condition and attitude of staff.

Despite the windy conditions and a bit of rain we enjoyed the course. Some of the greens were in some rough condition, but not overly so. The snack bar was closed, so we found that odd. Overall we did like the condition of the fairways and tee boxes.

If you find time to play Buffalo Creek I would advise to do so.

Buffalo creek is a nice course to play. The fairway and green conditions are acceptable, even though I think they paint the areas to keep it green. Friendly staff, a lot of carts, good practice facilities. The only problem is the pin settings. Write tee is 6400 and yellow tee is 5700. I hope they can have something in the middle to fit my distance. It’s a fun course I will go back.

If you expect a course around $50 to be perfect condition it's not for you. Maybe this is the new normal. Majority of the course as expected. This course gets a lot of play. Spots on a few greens without grass. You can tell it's something they are trying to fix. More work to be done for sure.

We liked the course. The course conditions were good.

Registration was frustrating and confusing between the Golf Now, Manatee County and Big Summer card rates. It was a waste of time trying to price compare. The Manatee County rates and times should be synced with Golf Now. When you call the Pro Shop they should mention other discounts that are available.
