Buffalo Creek Golf Course

It is a nice municipal course. Greens are good but small. Fairways and tee boxes are okay but could use some work. Pace of play was over 4 hours on a Sunday morning waiting on every shot.

Excentr pace, excellent condition, still some trees are down from last year storm.

New owner Sven and his team are a pleasure to engage with. The course and amenity improvements have continued so the course has become my “regularly” go to at least once per week, though I do play other courses for a variety of challenges.

I love this course, third time here. Nice layout very challenging. The staff is very friendly. Was a little sad did not see any gators this time!

I am a golfer that is just beginning to get serious, I played by myself on Tuesday and brought some friends on Wednesday. Pace of play was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. Greens are getting some work done but for the cost I saw no issues with the course. Will be back again for sure!

Went to the first tee - 2 groups waiting to tee off, 1 group in the fairway, and 1 group on the green. So we headed for the 10th tee. Played the back 9 in 1 1/2 hours. Came around to first tee around 4:00. 2 people who had never played before standing on the tee waiting for the green to clear! First guy dug a foot deep hole on his first string, then trickled one about 10 yards. Second guy fanned. We went to #2 tee. Group on the tee, group on the fairway, group on the green. Got in the car and went home.

I've played this course many times. It's been very dry so the course was a bit firm. Several greens had some areas under repair. Overall, enjoyed the round. Not sure if it was related to the snowbirds all heading north, but we played 18 in 3 1/2 hours, which was by far the fastest round I've ever played here. Only waited to hit once and that was on 18. New clubhouse is very nice, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Course is decent. Needs work on several greens and the fairways need more grass. Lots of bare spots. Rates are currently good. Hotdogs are good. Course layout is good. Wide enough for some errors.

Played this course many times. Best value for money of all of the courses we have played.

I recently played BC. It is one of my favorite regular playing courses. I found the course conditions to be very hard and dry turf conditions in what is clearly a drought situation. The greens are fine but the rest of the golf course is very dry due to the lack of rain. Under such dry conditions I found it difficult to chip and pitch around the often hilly and mounded greens that were often bare of any grass due to the drought conditions. The ponds on the course were very low with water and some had dried out completely or nearly so. The course this winter was in good condition with nicely seeded fairways and other areas. But right now the over seed is gone and course conditions are less than ideal. Hopefully, it will rain soon because it is a fun layout with nice staff and normally a great value for the money.

The fairways in greens are looking good. Except for number 10 wish they can't seem to get straightened out but understandably so after the damage it got previously. Fairways are cut nice and pretty lush despite the lack of rain. They keep improving the course, I'll keep coming back. Kind of glad to see the snowbirds gone making it more affordable and less crowded. Keep up the good work

Several of the greens were in real bad shape. ..These conditions have been the same all season..why not repair them management?
