Legacy Golf Club

Had a bad round , even at my talent level. The course was in great shape, lush fairways, greens in perfect conditions. The

heat and humidity were high, and my round suffered from exhaustion. Later in the afternoon when the sea breeze came in the conditions improved and I get a second wind, much better end to the day. All in all a very nice course with a fair layout for golfers of all skill levels. I will play it again on a cooler day.

Teed off at 7:20 with a couple members. Course conditions were perfect, from the tee box to the greens. Not a long course, but still able to hit driver most holes. Fun layout. Creek that seems to come into play on every single hole (somehow). Only 2 complaints: 1) There are NO water coolers on the course. Only water is a fountain at a bathroom that you only pass twice. Guess they are trying to force you to pay for drinks. 2) Lady at the bar was extremely rude. Couldn't even make a decent egg sandwich, and had a serious attitude. Other than that, very pleasurable round. I will be back.

Course is in good shape. They don't have a driving range to hit your driver only irons it also cost an extra 6 dollars.

I usually play courses in Destin area but this was worth the 30 min drive to Panama City

This is a fun course to play. Not as much water as I thought. The fairways are in excellent condition. Everything is green. The greens are challenging and are quite a change of pace from flat ones I normally play. The staff was extremely nice and I recommend the grilled ham and cheese sandwich, fantastic. My only issue is that it was somewhat hot and they didn't have very many stations for water, but that is so minor an issue.

Enjoyed the layout with many forgiving fairways. However, the greens were in excellent condition, challenging at times, but true.

I was on vacation and wanted to get a round in while in Florida. Looked on GolfNow and had a few choices. This course has it all, lighted par 3, driving range, nice practice green and a great 18 hole course. Clubhouse looked nice, didn't spend but a few minutes in there, staff was very friendly though. My only complaint and it's my own fault...I had to rent some clubs because I didn't want to bring mine...the clubs left a lot to be desired. Had to play with a super old driver, fwy, hybrid, 1 wedge & putter. The irons were decent with exception of having Half of them regular flex and the other half stiff. Also the grips might have well as been banana peels. But the course itself was in great shape, greens rolled true and were fast. Zero complaints on the actual course layout and conditions.

Nice solid course. Plenty of length. A little to many dog legs rights for my swing set up but a good challenging course. Would go back and play again

Course was a neat 18 hole layout that was pretty challenging. Greens rolled well and the staff was helpful with everything that was needed. One downside was that the course was extremely wet. Great value for beach-goers in PCB

Great condition of the course and friendly people.

This is not an overly difficult course but still presents a challenge. It was in excellent condition and very enjoyable to play.

Enjoyed playing there very much. Beautiful course. Fairways were very nice but I was a but disappointed in the condition of the greens.

The course was in very good shape. The greens rolled true and the fairways and tees were in excellent shape. I liked the layout. It was challenging for a mid tier golfer but not overwhelming. Even if you hit a 200 to 225 yard drive you had. 170 - 190 to most greens. Need to be able to scramble to score.

Arrived early and got out ahead of our tee time. GREAT. However after one hole we caught up with the foursome in front. Waited and waited only to find there were 2 fivesomes ahead of the foursome. No one in front of them. A ranger showed up and when questioned he said he was told there were 2 fivesomes out when he came to work. I questioned what his job was and he said " I am just out here to ride around". We could easily have gone out on the back nine and never had a problem. There were 3 groups on every hole. Our round took four hours fifty minutes!! Met one of the " group" in the parking lot and was informed they always play on Tuesdays and fivesomes are common in their groups. The course was in very good shape and enjoyable to play but I will not be going back.

A must play if in the area. A really great track to play.
