Golf review for 12/23/24 at Maple Leaf
Weather was nice. Pace of play was good. The 2some who played with me were good. We finished the round in 3 hours.
Worth the $
The best short (Executive) course I’ve played. Good layout, great condition. Plenty of holes where you’ll use a driver.

Best short course around..plays like a long course..best green around..play here before any 80 buck course..one of my favorites

It was a tricky round of golf as it was a bit windy.
Played 9 holes only as other golfers got tired.

Very nice course.
Very nice course. Just the right amount of par 3's and 4's. The fairways are in great shape as are the greens. Some of the greens are quite the challenge. Definitely not flat like many of the courses around here.
Pleasantly surprised
As far as executive golf courses go I would highly recommend this course. The course has three par fours per side which was a nice surprise. Most of the executive courses around the area are nothing but very short part threes. The starter was very friendly and gave tips about how to best play this course. What I liked the most about this course is that you could use every club in your bag if you so choose to. This course was an excellent shape. Much better shape than a lot of of the "big boy" courses in the area.

Good day for golf weather wise. Greens were good. Pace of play was good.
Pleasant surprise
Most executives courses do not have razor fast greens, lots of sand and water, and immaculately cut fairways.
This course had it all. Pace of play was excellent never waiting though the course was full. Very pleased and surprised

We played under a windy day, but it was a good day for golf. Pace of play was good too.. greens were good.

Maple Leaf - Outstanding Executive Course
Nice layout with fast true greens. Strategically placed hazards require shot making and thinking to successfully navigate the course. Will play again.
