Good Executive Course
Played today and enjoyed the course. Good a little over 2.5 hours and the pace was good. Greens were good and fairly fast. Fairways had plenty of water so it was a little wet but very playable.
Great day
Although cold and relatively windy, what a great day. Apparently we were virtually the only idiots on the course. Course conditions are improving. Only one temporary green remains. Our combined wait for the entire 18 holes was less than 5 minutes. We never hurried, did not play especially well and played in just under 2 hours. Marvelous.
Great Day
Weather perfect, course was nice except for the 3 holes on the back nine which they are re-doing so you're putting in the fairway and a couple of scattered soft/wet places but greens were better than I had remembered and fast. Tee time at 11:30 with virtually the course to ourselves.
Going to golf
Staff was very friendly. Course is an executive par three with a couple of par 4 holes. Not made aware that a couple of the greens were closed with temp greens. S Ed verbal of the holes are under 100 yds.
Should be closed
Only back 9 open 7 of 9 greens were temporary greens. Guy told me it's been that way for months. Save your money and go to a cow pasture at the least the place of play will be better but conditions would be the same
Not so good
Could only play the back nine because heavy rains two days before had the front nine still flooded. Also had 3 greens closed for rework. The back nine has 3 short par 4s and 6 par 3s that are all about 100 yards, so I only used one club other than my driver. Kinda boring. Greens were slow and bumpy, fairways okay, tees fair. I paid $30 on Golf Now, but the pro shop showed the 18 hole fee as $25. Not worth more than $20.
Great value
Executive par 60 course. 6 holes under repair but still a fun play. Friendly staff. Great fair prices. Will play again.
