Great greens at appropriate speed for all levels. Consistent bunkers. Golfers aren't sanding fairway divets, nice overall. Fairway and rough below private course standards. Even so, I will replay

Before the holidays is a great time to play. There are many dried/dead places in the fairway and greens on several holes

Premium price for less than average course
First time golfing this course and I was very disappointed. Overall conditions were horrible. I have never seen fairways in such bad shape. Hard to believe it is" in season" and they would charge a premium price for a course that is in such horrible shape.

The court was in good shape and laid out nicely. Our round was cart path only due to overseeding but that info was posted on the website and known beforehand.

The greens are in great condition. The tee boxes are fine, but the fairways are starting to dry out. It is obvious where sprinklers are located on the fairways.
