We had the perfect weather (70s) for SWFL. Being on an early tee time, course play was very good. Course was in great shape. Greens were fast so it took a few holes to catch on. I have golfed here dozens of times and for the first timers, it is wide and somewhat long (not the Pro length). Very challenging with water and sand as well.

Fun time with new people. Most people want to have a great time. Met some great golfers and Seminole Lake kept the experience fresh.

previous reviews are quite correct - decent course, average layout, quite flat. Course is reasonably well maintained, but pace of play is glacial. We asked the starter at the turn - they went up ahead but said they didn’t see any gaps and said there was no reason to talk with the group in front of us. They didn’t take time to watch them play. Three holes later the groups in front of them were two full holes ahead and there were three groups on the tee with us.

‘Keep up with the group in front of you”! Thank-you for a Marshall to keep the pace moving. Seriously if you have taken six shots and you are not on the green…pick it up. You set the pace for the whole course. Greens were fast as always making it a challenging course. Joanie and Rebecca highlight the Nineteenth hole and are so professional and pleasant!

Don’t do it! So backed up and course is in terrible condition. Would never play this again

We had the first tee time and so pace was not an issue. Greens were fast and true but lots of break so pay attention uphill vs downhill. Turf was typical for match, mix of green and tan. Played with some snowbird regulars who were free to share course knowledge where needed.
