Summerfield Crossings Golf Club
About
Summerfield Crossings Golf Club is a fun Scottish links style championship golf course designed by Ronald Garl. There are many moguls and palm trees that come into play throughout the course. Summerfield Crossings Golf Club has wide, gently rolling fairways, but do not underestimate the challenge. You must keep the ball on target thanks to pot bunkers, waste areas and small, undulating greens. The signature hole is No. 6, a 171-yard, par 3 that calls for a carry over water to a small peninsula green. Summerfield Crossings Golf Club has a wide, gently rolling fairways.

Enjoyed
Some challenging holes.
The staff always try's to get you with someone when playing alone.
Always very slow and start off on 10 instead of 1 !!!
Lately it takes around five hours to complete a round and I paid to play from one-18, not 10 to nine.
Also, after purchasing the $99 dollar Summer pass I had two free rounds. I gave the cashier my card and he took it away from me. I still had one free round that I had not used, yet!
Furthermore, the range coach just seems to want to drive around the course in the cart and do nothing! There was a 2, 2, 1, in front of our group of 3. Not once did they pair any of them up in order to keep the pace of play under 4.5 hours !!!
Nice Course
For the really dry summer we've had followed by lots of rain the past few days, the course was in pretty good shape. Grass was pretty nice considering. Staff was friendly. It's a good value in the $25 range.
Length of course
This is a very well maintained and long length course. Thoroughly enjoyed the round using 3 wood and hybrid a lot to get there in regulation.
How sad
When I first moved in his area 10 years ago this course was such a nice course always in Great shape I don't know where the other reviews came from but I played there yesterday and the greens where horrendous full of sand not arrirated just full of sand tee boxes were terrible the only thing that was good was the fairways the driving range and the practice putting green were barely usable
Great Mothers Day
Thanks to Jason Blanchard of Summerfield for an excellent Pre Golf MOTHERS DAY BRUNCH at Docs Grille @ Summerfield
Then off to 18 great holes of spectacular golf great greens and PERFECT WEATHER for Therese my wife on Mothers Day
Summerfields staff is top notch and the Course speaks for itself
Good time
First time on this course, will play again later this week. Staff was ok no big positive or negative. The course over all was very good, greens very good, fairways very good. Some holes tight but challenging. For this time of Year with little rain great course. Another note this is air raiding season call any course prior to booking to make sure they have 18 open.
.
Decent conditions, considering the lack of rain the past few months. Some bunkers under repair, but didn't affect our play, we landed in the others. Tournament in front of us felt it necessary to play 3 and 4 balls per person per hole (was told it was best ball) so pace of play suffered tremendously.
ok course
Florida average condition, course was interesting and reasonable price point for the course.
Not much good
Poor condition. Poor greens. Poor pin positions. Layout better than conditions.
Fum course. Golf staff excellent. Restaurant staff not.
Had a fun time. Good track. Hitting it straight is recommended. Some holes get skinny. All aspects of the course are in great shape. Greens hold approach shots like they should. Restaurant not recommended. Sat for lunch after our round. After 10 minutes with no service I asked if we need to order from the bar. Bartender told me she would be over with some menus. 10 more minutes we waited then left. Go for the golf. Leave for the meal.
nice course
Playable course for most skill levels. Friendly staff and well supervised. Rangers out to observe pace of play. I would recommend this course
Nice course
Callenging course due to how badly I played...good fairways and greens...would play again at right price
Fun game
For this time of year, I felt the course was in fair condition. Had to be aware when water kind of snuck up on you and you were required to lay up. Fun day for me and my wife.
