Coyote Springs Golf Club

About
Coyote Springs Golf Club (previously known as Coyote Springs - The Chase Course) is located less than one hour from the Las Vegas Strip and just 45 minutes from Mesquite, Nevada. This Jack Nicklaus Signature Course is highly regarded as a must-play by Vegas golf aficionados. The course's stunning setting is sometimes referred to as "nature's cradle" since it's situated in a verdant valley completely surrounded by majestic mountains and peaks. While the scenery may be beautiful, don't let it distract you from the golf course's many challenges. Water and bunkers await you at almost every turn. One of the most memorable holes is the par-5 second, whose bunkers at the second landing area will force you to think carefully about how to approach the Augusta-like green. In addition to the golf course, Coyote Springs offers one of the largest practice facilities in the country. This 19-acre facility includes 13 target greens and a short game area for pitching, chipping, and bunker practice.

Great course
Flew around the first 7 holes then all of a sudden there are 3 groups on a tee box. Marshall should have been on top of it but it was wait wait wait for the rest of the game
One group quit in front so that helped somewhat
Lovely course tho.
Good choice except for the drive
Everything about the course was excellent, except for the 1-1/3 hour drive into the middle of no mans land. Didn’t take advantage of the of course amenities.
Beautiful tough course.
To the eye this place is beautiful but then you have to play it. You will be lucky to be standing on flat ground even if you're in the middle of the fairway. The greens are lightning quick so you better hight it high and land it soft. And even if you so that it may roll to the other side of the green. The fairways are wide enough and the tee boxes are nice. The distance between holes is long on most holes. Several hundred feet long in some cases so walking for this 65-year-old will never happen here and I walk my home course every week.
Great Play
One of my favorite courses in Southern Nevada. Course was in about as good a shape as I have seen it. Really like the layout and ambience. Well worth the drive up from Vegas.
Tough course
The course is in perfect condition. Bring your best game, it is extremely challenging. Greens are tricky and very fast. A lot of well placed bunkers. An hour from Las Vegas.
Very well run course. Excellent condition. Greens were receptive but quick. The two guys I was paired up with were great, they gave each other the business throughout the round. I felt like I was playing a round with my buddy’s. Worth the drive from the MGM.
Always a great value
Course was great. New carts. Still gas but much better. Best range in Vegas. Pace was perfect. Greens were slow but that's summer over water and leave them long so they don't burn. Still rolled true. If you've never played, make the drive, it's worth it.
Very hot but great day playing with son
Fairways, greens very good
Bunkers lack consistency as far as sand
Most bunkers ground crew have to hand rake
Play correct tees , whites are longer then you read
I could not play worse, heat got me, no shade
Son shot 74 from blue tees me I’m still counting
Pristine
Course was in the best conditions during a hot summer. It's a must play during one of your stays in Vegas. A bit out, 50 minute drive from the stripe, but well worth the trip. I Highly recommend the course.
