Bent Tree is a great value in south Sarasota. Better conditions for less money and a Cart Lady! Very. Courteous staff. We'll be back soon.

The Friends Foursome

course needs marshalls that will do something except tell me later there was a 4some of players with 3 hole open in front of them thats

why the round was so slow. Please dont tell me when i am finished move the people along or make them skip a hole.

I believe management oversells tee times. We waited more than 40 minutes for a cart and by the time it showed up we were sent right to the first tee. I had no time to putt or chip. On the 7th hole there was a group on the green, one group in the fairway and three groups waiting on the tee. I never saw a Marshall and feel there should have been someone out on the course checking on play.

I love this course and I am going back Currently we are in season and tee times are booked every six minutes This probably. would be fine except that people are now down here on vacation and play once or twice a year so allow yourself 4/12-5 hours to play . This last time the group in front of us were paranoid that we might jhit into them , that never happened but they felt rushed all day and couldn’t concentrate on their game. They politely waited on every tee box for the group in front of them to clear the green even on par fives even though no one in their foursome could hit the ball a hundred yards

Over seed fairways and greens were in pretty good shape. Tee Boxes needed some work but there is a lot of pressure on this course. Starter was personable and efficient. Played the course in just over four hours but we had an early tee time. Will play again. .

This was by far the slowest round I have ever played, after 5 hours and fifteen minutes we left with 3 additional holes to play. They have no Marshall on the course to identify the slow players and when we came in the bag attendant was laughing about how slow it was and bragging that this is the most golfers that have ever put on the course. This was a Thursday afternoon. For the price and pace this was terrible and I would not recommend to anyone.

Staff is very friendly. Got off 1st tee right on time. A few fairways have some bare spots but other than that the course is in fine shape. Compared to other areas of the Golf Coast, this course is a good value.
