Great to get out and play golf again with my two sons
Because of all the heavy rain lately the course was very wet and muddy. Had to keep cart on cart path resulting in slow play time for everyone. This is very unusual for this course. Hopefully the weather will improve so it can dry out. Regardless, we enjoyed the day and the friendliness of the staff. I still highly recommend this course.
Rainy day
Course was wet but still enjoyed the round. Will try again when it gets dry.
Nice Track
Lots of elevation changes but very fair. Advantage would be to play with a local! I'm from Florida and this nine was fun to play even though my score suffered.
Decent course for the money
Course was in good condition. Not too hard but not too easy. Greens were slow but it was wet that day. Only issues are lack of signage to direct new comers. There are 3 nines and I stared on white course but at hole 4 I ended up on red course still don't know how. Many forks in cart paths with no signage. Also doesn't help that there are hole overviews on scorecard or tee boxes. Some blinds shots that I didn't know which way to aim. But overall a good course for the money. Some nice elevations and views.
Nice changes
I played on a Monday morning and the parking lot was FULL. No tournament going on or anything. I was amazed at how good the greens were. I mean outstanding!! Best greens I've played all year and I've played everywhere. I've never really cared for the layout of Bradshaw, but those greens are tour caliber. They hardly leave a ball mark and are lightning fast. Definitely take 5 minutes to practice putt if you are used to average speed greens. If some of my favorite courses had greens like these I would have to book ahead at least a week.
A Nice Experience
We had a tee time at 12:40 and the weather was nice. The course was in good condition and the greens were firm.
The bonus was that the cart girl Heatger was seen frequently. Most times you're lucky if you ever see one at all. She said she'd be out until 7:00.
All courses should follow their lead.
Great Course
Great course no rush only negative was no cart girl...
Great Deal
Course in very good codition. Greens excellent and very fast. My friend and I teed off at 12:44 and finished at 3:55! Hot deal rate only $27. Monday best day to play.
Great Greens
Course was in excellent condition overall, and the greens were in exceptional shape. Rolling fast and true...
Pairing wrong
I have played this course prior, this was my husband's first time. First, when we teed off the group we were paired with were not at the box. We were all the way to the green and they made us hold up for these two men to catch up. They were the most discourteous folks I have played with...I am a women and they would not stop at the forward tees for me to hit. They were also the slowest players alive. We can usually complete 18 holes under 3 1/2 hours; we ended up quitting with five holes remaining after 4 hours of play. I was furious that we were the ones inconvenienced. Not sure if the course or golf now did that match.
bradshaw farms
The course was a challenge. It was in great shape. The greens were professional grade. People were nice. Hitting over a hill on the driving range was the only thing I had a problem with. But the did have one and I was able to loosen and that was good. Me and my friends liked it and we will go back.
Hot day
Played the blue and white courses and they are in great shape . Very hot but pace was good. After playing the blue I was to head over to the red but it was so packed the ranger checked the white and it was empty. ? Fairways and greens were all in good shape. Great variety of holes at Bradshaw, love the white course holes #1-3...scenic and challenging.
Fun course with lots of elevation changes
The course was fun with lots of elevation changes and some very pretty golf holes.
The driving range was terrible with no grass and you have to hit from the mats even in the middle of summer when the grass SHOULD be the best.
Bradshaw Farms - Weekday Afternoon Round
Played blue and white courses - some issues with scheduling tee times and transfers from first 9 hole course to second 9 hole course. Lots of elevation changes. Some shot making off the tee but relatively open course. Greens are very hard and fast, even a couple days after a hard rain. Rough is thicker than most Atlanta courses I've played.
Great layout, greens in pristine condition
Great course. Worth 40min drive frim Buckhead. Highly recommended.
Bradford Farms
Coarse is in good shape but the holes that were cart path only really slowed down play. The management needs to find a way around dealing with those holes with large side hills. When busy I also think they should par up doubles or add a single to a double.
Great value for a solid course
I played yesterday and the course was in pretty good shape, especially considering the dry, hot temps we've had over the last few weeks. The greens had recently been sanded, but rolled true and were still fast. I like playing this course as it's not too hard nor too easy. Booked twilight rate through Golfnow for $28. Will play BGC again soon!
Lots of water
I would rate Bradshaw Farms a 3 only, not a 3.5. There was no greeter, you had to get your own cart, there was no marshall even to hurry up players, and the wait got ridiculous. They have 3 nine hole courses, so there is really no excuse for slow play. The course was challenging as far as water, many water holes and creeks. A couple of nice elevated tees. We saw a hawk and a crane, so nice wildlife. But the clubhouse only had a snack bar, so not quite the level of a country club. The cart girl didn't have much of anything, no sandwiches, no water, no diet coke. Lots of beer that she couldn't serve until 12:30pm on a Sunday. They are understaffed and need a cart attendant and marshall. Still a good deal at the Golf Now rate.
