Exceptional greens, three 9-hole courses
I’ve never seen a course that can have rates at $17 all the way up to $60 a round. I also have yet to play a north Ga golf course that didn’t have greens maintained as well as Bradshaw Farms. There’s a great approach to the care of this course. The greens are blemish-free and fast. The pin placements make putting extremely challenging with the speed of these greens. The course is very attentive to tee times and give you only a couple minute window before your “flight” has passed. The red course has zero shade and will give you a sweet tan when you’re done. Happy hitting.
Honest Course Critique
My son & I played Bradshaw after being away for nearly 2 years but stopped because of pace of play! We knew it was under new ownership and were told substantial upgrades had been made to the course so decided to give it a try today. We are mid to high 70's caliber players & have always enjoyed the course and value. With that being said I was expecting a new driving range & other amenities, but being completely HONEST the course seemed exactly the same(traps are somewhat better) as 2 years ago. And pace of play still the same-4 hours +.
Great value
Course in very good shape. Some greens were recently sanded but not overly so. Lots of rangers out and about monitoring pace of play
Very good course
Course in very good shape! Always enjoy this course. Slow play today! Marshall's should speed up play! Too slow foursomes!
Course was in very nice condition, especially considering the dry hot weather. Greens are challenging, fast and rolling. Rough was thick and will cost you a stock. Fun course to play.
Nice Course
Friendly staff course great shape. Lots of work being done.
Will play again.
Bradshaw impressed
It has been sometime since I’ve played Bradshaw Farms, and I’m glad I returned. The course is fair but challenging and the greens roll very true. It’s obvious they have a good superintendent and the staff is committed to quality experience. Will definitely include this course in the rotation.
Never Again
I usually don't leave negative reviews, but in this case I feel I need to to hopefully save others from an extremely frustrating golf experience. We play Bradshaw a few weeks ago, booked online through their own website. Upon arrival there was obviously a big group getting ready for a tournament. Little did I know that they were going to start the tournament five holes into our round, and they were going to stick multiple groups on each hole, without any warning to the golfers that booked and paid full price to play. So, we ended up having to watch 3 different foursomes tee off on hole #5 as we just SAT and WAITED. The poor ranger was catching all the grief, but according to him this is a normal occurrence and he recommended we take it up with the General Manager. We were on the #5 tee box for over 35 minutes. The course if fine, but too many options, especially for the $66 they are charging and the disrespect they show the paying public with this practice. If we had known any of this about the tournament we would have chosen to not play. OH, and they apparently got a "new" fleet of golf carts that have bluetooth speakers, but unfortunately they don't have the power to get up the hills of the course. The ranger instructed us to drive the carts in reverse up the hills. That part is actually hysterical, seeing everyone awkwardly navigate the hills in reverse.
Course is in great shape.
Have not played here for several years. I will be back. Course in great shape. No hassles. Just pay your money and go play. Enjoyed the day.
Second time playing
This was my second time playing at Bradshaw Farm. I played the red and white courses again after being very happy with the course conditions the first time. For me, this course is one of the best to play for the price within 30 miles. I will be coming back here regularly from now on! The only critique I have is that the driving range isn’t very helpful since it’s a huge drop off past the mats, but other than that Bradshaw is my favorite local club.
Had a good time playing this course today. Not terribly difficult but it had some tough shots. The majority of the greens were in good shape and rolled true. The only complaint was around hole 14 the guys two groups ahead of us started playing painfully slow which turned a 3hr 15 min round into a 4 hour round. Other then that it was a great day.
Course was way over watered. On a Sunday morning I played 18 and didn’t see a cart girl once while it was 95+ degrees out. When I asked rangers multiple times if a cart girl would be around they said there is only one girl for 27 holes. Meanwhile inside there were two girls working one grill. Not a happy day for golf.
Course was over watered on a 95 degree day. Classic illustration folks!
