Very good layout
The course has change over the years. The fairways are absolutely atrocious. Greens which were their strong point was not in great shape, Some type of grass growing.
Staff overbooked the course and ran out of carts. The tee times were 40 min behind and the staff suggested I join a group of 5. Very slow pace of play, and I overheard the staff talking about how they didn’t care if we waited they already had our money. Unprofessional, even for the price.

Course conditions
Course except for greens are not very well maintained. A lot of bald spots on hard dry fairways. Pace of play was okay. Got behind a group that was bad and slow and they would not let me play through. I skipped a hole and caught up with the group ahead of them . Still played a four hour round.

Pretty nice track overall
Thought the course all in all was pretty nice. Layout nice with fairly large fairways and big greens. A few bare spots but nothing major. Green in good shape and nicely quick. Would definitely play again in summer. Price was great for such a big course. Well done Olde Liberty!

Greens were is great condition. Fairways very hard and bumpy when riding in the cart. A lot of barespots with hard dirt just off the fairways.

Better - Still Rough Around the Edges
Had not played here in about 2 years even through it's 10 minutes from my house. Progress has been made on fairway turf, though the edges are still largely bare and bumpy. All day rain the day before, so the traps were flooded. Greens were a bit slow, but in good shape. A few tees showed signs of struggle. Cart paths are generally OK, but the uneven spots are really uneven - caution is required.
It's a nice, challenging layout - just wish they could smooth out the rough edges. For sure worth $25 if you can get that rate.

Olde Liberty
One of the best layouts in the Wake County metro area. The greens were in good shape but the fairways still leave a lot to be desired. There’s a lot of deadpan in the fairways.

Course is in good shape
The tee boxes and greens are in great shape. More than a few holes have issues with the fairways and patches that lack grass. If your playing down the middle you should be fine.

Experience OK
I got out early on a Saturday morning and breezed through the round quickly. Greens were excellent Teeboxes were sparse. fairways playable but sparse. The course layout is excellent.
