About
The Golf Club at Eagle Creek in Moyock was designed with all players in mind. At just over 6,700 yards from the back tees, the course is not overly long but there are several holes that provide some length. Formerly known as Mill Run, the course underwent renovations and a name change under new ownership. The golf course is wide open, which means wind will definitely come into play during your round and there are also several water holes. The course has a links feel without any of the harsh links penalties. Instead, golfers will find that the landing areas are quite generous, offering a little room for error. Four different sets of tees make the golf course even more approachable for a wide range of skill levels. Another appealing aspect of the Golf Club at Eagle Creek is the fact that it's conveniently located less than an hour from Kitty Hawk and the OBX beaches.

Great Course
Nice course. Great layout. No sand traps! Yes it does have a driving range.
Good course…no sand!
Greens were in above average condition. The roughs were super-deep. Some fairways were a bit tight. All-in-all fun course to play.
Great Value
The course is in really nice shape, challenging and scenic. I highly recommend this for anyone who enjoys playing and looks to get a good deal.
Club Pro experience
I had a golf lesson with Mary our new club pro today and couldn’t be more pleased. She was professional, patient, easy to follow, and very understanding. She explained things in a way that made sense and gave me some great things to work on. I highly recommend Mary for anyone looking to improve their game!
Great starter course
I have played Eagle Creek quite a few times this summer. The course is perfect for people just getting into golfing, as the layout is straight forward and the hazards are not too punishing. The crew does an excellent job maintaining the course and the staff is very friendly and dedicated to providing a relaxing environment to enjoy a round of golf either with friends or as a single golfer. I greatly appreciate that no one has ever required me to join a threesome or share a cart. Makes for a very enjoyable experience. Give them a try. Guarantee you’ll come back…
Good value and available despite weather
A good course to have in your back pocket on the day when your course is shut down due to weather. Eagle Creek State open.
Great!
Course was in great condition. Greens and fairways were excellent. Ate lunch afterwards and food exceptional.
Definitely recommend playing this course.
Bad shape
Golfed there before a couple of years ago and the only thing I ever could say that was negative is that greens were all flat. Now the greens are flat and in very bad condition and the t boxes are in bad shape
Course is in great shape
Tee boxes, fairways and greens are all in good shape. Staff was friendly. Pace of play was a little slow on the front nine but was better on the back nine. We will be back.
Great Time
Great course and overall good experience.
Front desk was a bit grumpy during check-in, but everyone else was very pleasant to deal with.
Turn dogs were on point, best I’ve had to date.
Will definitely be coming back.
Greens under repair
The Greens are in horrible condition. They have added foot golf to there are giant holes every where. I will probably not be back.
Tee boxes and greens are currently in the worst shape I’ve seen them in, in a long time. 3/4 of the greens have completely bare spots, looked diseased. Rest of the course is in good shape for coming out of winter, hopefully they can get it back right with the good weather coming in.
Spring Fever
In New England, there won’t be a day like yesterday until sometime in May so I was ready to enjoy some stolen early year golf with my son who is relocating to the area and will probably make this his home course. The fairways were uniformly brown to be expected but in pretty good shape overall. Greens were better kept than tee boxes as a rule, but they’ll all improve I’m sure as the weather reliably warms up and the regular maintenance season kicks in. Layout keeps you thinking about your shots and club selections. Staff were to a person friendly and professional. The grill is a super huge plus.
As usual for a Saturday, unfortunately there were more golfers than spaces between golfers. Not sure what the remedy is but when you’re waiting for the group ahead on almost every shot and the group behind you is waiting on you to be done waiting…eventually people start acting like they’re in traffic on the highway and not playing a relaxing game. Taken as a whole, though, very positive experience. Will be back.
Wet Day Golf
Very nice place to play. However I would’ve given all high marks except there are not any Bunkers making it a legitimate course. Still Fun.
