The Golf Club at Eagle Creek in Moyock was designed with all players in mind. At just over 6,700 yards from the back tees, the course is not overly long but there are several holes that provide some length. Formerly known as Mill Run, the course underwent renovations and a name change under new ownership. The golf course is wide open, which means wind will definitely come into play during your round and there are also several water holes. The course has a links feel without any of the harsh links penalties. Instead, golfers will find that the landing areas are quite generous, offering a little room for error. Four different sets of tees make the golf course even more approachable for a wide range of skill levels. Another appealing aspect of the Golf Club at Eagle Creek is the fact that it's conveniently located less than an hour from Kitty Hawk and the OBX beaches.

Appreciate the follow up
I wanted to modify my previous review and to state the course reached out and rectified the issue with the overcharge. I appreciate the professionalism in this regard and for the customer service. I would come back here and play again and it is much appreciated.
Hidden Gem
Eagle Creek is a must play hidden gem if you have the time. Its a little out of the way in main areas you would stay (ig OBX) but for the cost its great value. Very wide open and just a relaxing and enjoyable time.
Better than I remembered
Friendly staff, course in good shape. Only wish the greens were a little better.
Good times @ Eagle Creek
Great round and a good send off to a buddy leaving town. The course was in really good space, especially right after a Tropical storm and 2 days Rain.
Poor experience
Clubhouse staff member (older and havent seen him before) last Saturday the 3rd overcharged myself and playing partner for our golfnow reservation . Paid full price even though 9 dollars for the reservation was paid in advance. He then awkwardly said we were paired up with 2 other players not nearly in our age range and we could not tell if he was serious. Extremely odd experience. Pace of play was absolutely awful as well with not a marshall in sight. Course is in decent shape but wont be back after this. Try to hire some nicer employees who know how to charge people the correct amount for a round.

Very nice course
Tee boxes and fairways in great condition, greens look in good condition but were dry and very hard, many seemingly good chip shots just rolled as if the ball was on the cart path.
Basic Golf
Course was in excellent condition. Straight forward, laid back golf. What you see is what you get. Good value for the price.
Good deal
Course was in good shape. Greens are typically slow but roll true. Had a lot of rain the day before but dried out mostly by the back 9. Zero bunkers on course just some small water hazards to watch for on most holes. It was Memorial Day so wasn’t surprised by the pace but it was slow.

Main complaint was pace of play. No one monitoring players to speed up play. Otherwise, it was a decent track for the money.
