About
The Pines is one of two championship golf courses at Woodmont Country Club in Tamarac. It and the Cypress Course share a gently rolling landscape that is sprinkled with mature trees, which frame the views from the elevated tees. While they share the same terrain, the courses offer very different challenges. The lengthier Cypress requires both distance and accuracy while the Pines Course will get you thinking. It is a shot maker's course that will test a variety of skills. Course management is key as is a well thought out strategy for every hole. The layout features undulating greens and tree-lined fairways that also place a premium on accurate shot placement. In addition to the golf courses, Woodmont C.C. also has a driving range and two putting greens for golfers to use.

Greens getting better
I had read some negativity about green repairs that happened recently. No worries, you can see it, but it’s fine and will get better.
Conditions and Pace
Pace very slow and no one moving them along. The greens on Cypree were in lousy condition.
Nice course friendly staff
Enjoyable golf course. Greens in pretty good shape considering they haven't had much rain lately.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
You feel like a member
From the first moment you arrive you are treated as a member or an honoured guest.
Every staff member we met made us feel welcome
The course is in good shape with some greens a little worse for wear but not enough to change the course of your game
Cart girl is around every 6 holes and again you are treated very well
Overall I would golf here any day of the week

Greens need help
Many of the greens have been patched or need a total replacement. You can still putt but you might have to roll thru some rough spots. I played there last year and I do not remember the greens being so bad. They are at least trying to help them grow in.
For the money they charged I expected greens in better condition.

Enjoyed the course pace moved fast.. staff was very friendly
Great Layout, great staff
This place is awesome!!!! I wish it had a driving range but the cages do just fine! The greens are great..there are some that are under repair but they are playable and hold the line. Love the place overall!
Course is Getting Better
This course is making a turnaround. They are working hard to improve the conditions. Because of that current play can be rough. The layout was interesting Because they tried to make a grandiose in a small place. It is somewhat worth its value m. I can guarantee you in a few months this place will be fantastic.
Beautiful Place to play.
The only thing missing our some amenities. They have a small wierd set up with nets for you to practice driving and irons.
Chipping greens were set up really nice for practice.
