Pace of play has picked up.
Challenging course, rangers keep pace of play, convenient locations.
Always a nice course… pace of play is very slow mid day but early or late is always awesome
Had a great time. First time out this year. Bunkers could have used some rakes. Not every sand trap or hole had one
Great Course
It was my first time playing here and I had a blast. Showed up as a solo and played with 3 other great gentleman. Course was in great shape - Greens just a touch fuzzy- but overall awesome conditions. Staff was very friendly. Both of the rangers were very personable and joked around with us. It was 72 and sunny and you couldn’t ask for anything better. Will definitely be back.
Greens Punched… slow rolls
Not bad but the greens are still healing up so putting is pretty rough.
The starter was extremely rude and unprofessional for no reason. Other than that love Sydney!
Always solid, and SLOW
Great conditions, considering the time of year. Entirely too many people playing from the back tees.
Good course
I was not overly blown away but it was also a chilly, non manicured course due to it being winter. Loved the course layout but am also not the biggest fan of courses adjacent to the Lake. Views are gorgeous however since these courses are all geese sanctuaries that protect geese, there is an incredible amount poop to content with. An INCREDIBLE AMOUNT. I opt for inland or suburban courses.
Your only option in the area but it's not bad at all.
Giving 5 stars for the relative quality given the public options in Chicago. Solid distance at 3250 yards for 9 hole par 36. Expect to play slow (2-2.5 hours).
