Williams Creek Golf Course

We played late March and the course is undergoing some major renovations to tee areas and other parts of the course. The greens had just been aerated the previous week but they were still in great shape with the exception of the abundance of sand. Many tee boxes are moved up right now due to the renovations but the course still plays well from those yardages. Price is extremely reasonable for the outstanding quality of the course.

Overall great experience, can’t wait to see the finished product of the renovations.

This course is being completely renovated . If you’re up for some rough play and 18 par 3 practice this is it. Completion by July would be interesting to see how it turns out! Very nice staffing, even the construction workers were nice. I will return to see the out come.

Like playing on a construction site. Course has lost its charm

The staff is always friendly and helpful.

They are cutting down alot of trees and putting in New tees. The greens are fast and challenging.

Dirty. Cigarette butts everywhere. Lots of trees down. Poorly maintained. Cart path asphalt in bad shape. Other golfers leaving muddy donut tracks on the fairways. They should employ a cart path guard.

Aside from all of that, it’s a good little Muni course and it’s cheap.

I like the layout & the greens are in great shape ! They are in the process of removing lots of trees which did not interfere with our play . Tee box es haven’t grown in yet.. in a month or two it should be a 5 star course

The golf course was on a frost delay until 10:30. I teed off at 10:30. The greens were in great condition for January. The employees in the shop were polite and professional.

Fun place perfect for irons and short game. Nice greens.

I enjoyed the course and my round. I'll play again on my next visit to Powell!!!!

The Course is fabulous 18-hole par 3 course. Fun and challenging green complexes and variety in the holes. Scenic and full of wildlife.

Three issues: (1) the staff makes no effort to accommodate play-- the stock answer is that the golf course is full and no tee times until ..... even when the parking lot is half full and there is clearly time and space for additional golfer; (2) the pace of play at times is atrocious and "playing through" is a forgotten concept; and (3) ball marks are not repaired. Need a ranger to address pace of play and ball mark repair.

Love being out there, but hate wondering whether they will let me on.

This course is challenging g and just fun to play! The staff there are wonderful people and I highly recommend anyone to play here!

If you’re trying to get better and may miss a green or 2, go ahead and take the penalty stroke and drop. The rough is ridiculously long and thick. I understand the whole course can’t be fairway cut, but when you watch the ball land time and time again and can’t find it in a reasonable time, it’s not conducive to getting better or even having fun.
