The Cypress Course at Woodmont Country Club in Tamarac is named after the mature trees that line the fairways and frame the views from the elevated tees. The course measures 7,043 yards and features undulating greens that are a challenge too with carefully shaped contours that are subtle but tricky. It is a golf course that requires not only distance, but also accuracy and a good course management.

Love woodmont great course
This is a really solid course. Very nice conditions, very nice layout. No driving range just a practice green. Nice bar area.
4h45min to play 18 holes
The foursome in front of us were much to slow and unfortunately no marshal on the course…!
It’s unacceptable on a relatively not to difficult course.
Next time, we will inform the staff.
First time - Will be back
Played for the first time this weekend. 18 holes on the cypress courses. Have not visited but heard great things. It has an awesome layout for an average golfer, very little water and out of bounds, but where it does come into play, it creates a fun hole.
There are doing construction on a new neighborhood around the course,and they just built a new clubhouse that was pristine. The course is in good shape, nice true greens, but it is still a work in progress as they are bringing back the property from a low point along with the neighboring construction. Please support this great Broward County Hidden Gem. There isn’t many left.
Pleasantly Suprized
First time playing this course. I visit the Miami Fort Lauderdale frequently but have never played this course. I was very pleasantly surprised. First off kudos to the staff. Very very friendly (especially Nancy the beverage lady).
A lot of construction occurring when you first pull up to the course but it won’t affect you/play. The layout of the course will impress you, as well as the conditions of the fairways and greens. Greens rolled fast and true. A lot of rain before play but this course drains remarkably well. Disappointed that there wasn’t a driving range, but I’m still Looking forward to playing here again.
Nice golf course
Very nice golf course. Staff was very friendly. Ate in their restaurant after golf and food was very good. Perfect day.

Beautiful course
The course is in great shape , greens are fast. Beautiful layout and challenging for all levels of golfers.
Starter is kind of a douche , but only had to see him for 5 mins. Just very unprofessional and a big mouth
Great Value, Awesome layout
First time playing there and will say was one of the nicest layouts in Broward. Staff was extremely friendly, course was wide open for us in the afternoon, Greens were in pretty decent shape, nice tee boxes. Overall had a great time and will definitely be back.
Great Greens
The best I've seen these greens for the year. Still had some sand but the roll was fairly true. Will play again.

Greens in outstanding shape, roll true. Quick given the hot and wet climate. Course in excellent shape, amazing price especially given the wonderful condition of the course. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.
