Great Course
First time playing. Course staff was very friendly. Course was in good shape - a bit of water in places so some holes cart path only. Soft/wet areas approaching some greens on the back 9. Long course (yardage), but pace of play was great. Lots of challenges in the course design. Will definitely return to play when back in the area.

Not worth the money
Save your money and play a longer, better course, with a better layout fir the same price. Never played a course where hole 9 didn’t go back to the clubhouse until this course and I won’t ever in the future. Play pace wasn’t terrible but not good, sat at every tee and in every fairway.
Honestly, for it’s residents probably a nice little course but that’s it, too many nice course in Brevard to spend time or money here.
