Great Outdoors RV & Golf Resort

Sometimes RV courses can be questionable. It's been a while since I played this course but I was impressed. The greens were in great shape, fairways were great, and tee boxes were in good shape. All this in spite the rain we have received over the past couple of weeks. The only issue was the fringe aid the greens were not cut. But kudos to the staff. Watch for gators. The basis are out.

Although TGO is an hour away from my winter residence, it’s worth the ride! I play there 3-4 times during my 4 months-stay. Nice variety of holes both on a layout (design, several pounds, high palm trees, birds…) and challenge (some holes are short BUT keep the ball in the fairway off the tee i.e. 5-wood vs driver). I played with 2 TGO residents (Gary and Paul who is from Switzerland) in 3 hours and 35 minutes…which was 1 hour faster (fantastic!) than my last visit in early March. If I had one “representation” (not a complaint by any means) to make, 3 of my 31 putts were going dead center-cup but turned as the ball was reaching the hole…each time because the 2-3” around-the-cup area had not been tapped flat enough. Hey! I still shot 76 (my index-handicap is 5.2) so, it was a great day on a course that I really like playing since the major renovations which were made. Thanks TGO, I’ll be back!

theyve done a lot of improvements and still working on new cart paths. Brush clearing makes it a bit more forgiving . Greens were slow but good.

Having recently moved to the Space Coast area, I have played at several courses in the Space Coast area. Honestly, this is the only course, within a 30 min drive, I would return to and play. The course is challenging enough for novice players but not so challenging to discourage play. The staff is professional, friendly and accomodating. I have not used any of the off-course amenities so I can't comment on that. The next closest course worth playing is in Port Orange.

Visiting FL and was recommended that I play this course from a gentleman I play with yesterday at another course. Was a great recommendation. Course is in great shape, good layout. Will be back.

The course is currently doing during cart path construction is is somewhat annoying. Once Again the pace of play needs to be addressed. Other than that, course is mostly decent shape.

Always enjoy this course and the staff is always welcoming. Course Marshall is always pleasant and helpful, works to keep all groups moving.

In excellent condition, greenest most grass in the area. Greens R great, and the fairways have more green grass then 13 courses I have played from Palm Coast to New Smerna Beach.

Got it as a Hot Deal on GolfNow and was well worth the price. Greens were a bit slow (it was later in the day) but in good shape. Will definitely play here again

Got to the course on time and went right out little cloudy .Played 4 holes in almost 2 hrs and the sky opened up with thunder and lightning, we found a tree to sit under. This course is usually always good but, they need to do something about slow play. The group ahead of us were out there to chat with each other 16 minutes on the green is too much we will try again next week

Great course. Fast greens they dont have a cart girl

This is the best course in the area. Excellent condition. A must to play. A little on the expensive side, but look for deals. It is well worth it.

They have the best greens in town. They weren’t as fast as they have been, but they rolled smoothly. We’ll be back.

Had not played the course since 2019. The course was in great shape and very enjoyable round.

For the weather we have been have the course was in great condition. If you have not played it get it on your list.
