barely playable

Course is in rough shape. Needed to improve lie on most of the fairways. Concrete cart paths broken up and bumpy. Greens rough shape, like putting on concrete. Course is barely playable, which is a shame, because I found the layout nice. Only play here if looking for a practice round and the conditions do not matter to you
