La Cita Country Club

Another outstanding day golfing La Cita!!!! Greens rolled very well & consistent. Brant paired a member with us today and what a great round. John was a great guy and lots of fun. Had an excellent, pre-round conversation with Jason the Superintendent. .Discussed several aspects of golf, course maintenance, and stages. Take a minute to meet and/or talk with this great Staff.

Kind of tight. Tee boxes were not very good. No turf on tee boxes. It wasn’t special but satisfactory.

Nice layout but greens were in bad condition as were tees. The fairways were in fair condition. The day was spoiled by slow pace, no ranger enforcement. Cart patches were also inbad condition.

We had fun today even though it was cool and windy and the course was fast and firm..there will just those days..greens were super fast so prepare to make some adjustments.. The tee boxes have had quite a bit of traffic this winter which is expected in florida so they need a little more recovery time then there're getting..its a fun challenge.

Outstanding professional and friendly Staff. Greens have picked up a little speed and continue to play better and better by the round. Between Brant and his Staff plus the fun challenging layout, even showers yesterday couldn't spoil the consistent, quality experience. Thank you Brant!

La Cita is not a long course but can challenge most experienced players. If you are on the wrong side of the fairway or in the rough, getting to the green can be hard. You will need all the shots in your bag to get around and post a good score. Sometimes hard draws and cuts are required to get to the pins. While it can be a difficult course, I find it challenging as you have to think your way around the course. Not a course where you can hit away with big fairways. I found it to be a fair course if you have the shots in your bag.

First we lost Royal Oak, then we lost Sherwood. LaCita is the last man standing in Titusville. It's fine, nothing spectacular - the Lee Trevino design us somewhat challenging. The staff is great. The restaurant is superb but the course is mediocre but getting better..

The staff is great, the course is fine and the facilities are very nice. Some of the members, however, are right out of Bushwood Country Club in Caddyshack. They think they are allowing the public to play Augusta but it's really just another mediocre course. Relax Judge.

Excellent, challenging layout that CAN force the player to utilize just about every shot in your bag. Need to refocus and/or refresh....? See Melissa cruising the course. Awesome friendly, engaging personality with a huge smile. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Do yourself a favor & have a conversation with Brant at some point. A high standard of golf professional that truly cares about his golf course and his golfers playing it. Once you speak with Brant, its easy to see his passion and professionalism has infected the Staff.

I enjoy this course. It is very well maintained and the layout is interesting. I play from the green tees. The length from those tees is right for me although a couple of the par 5's could be lengthened and a couple of the par 4's could be shortened. My group will play this course again. Jim

Have played LaCita several times over the past few years. Wonderful golf course in nice shape and a lot of fun from whatever Serb of tees you use. The staff is very courteous and considerate. And I would recommend dining in the restaurant after your round. Food is delicious and, if you’re into it, a full bar. The course is in good, if not, great shape but that should not take away from the enjoyment. We live here and it is one of our favorites along the Space Coast. Give it a try.

For a very long time? LaCita was THE golf course in Titusville, with the best greens and most amenities. But, like so many of the courses in the area, it fell on hard times due to a neglectful owner. I’m happy to say it is returning to the gem it is under the new ownership. While some of the greens had some issues and the red tee boxes needed some attention, over all the course is in good early winter shape. You can tell the new owner is spending money on bringing the course back in the way of new sprinkler lines on some holes, grounds crew is out mowing, rolling greens, etc. The cart paths are rough but the super friendly folks in the pro shop said those are next on list for repair and replacement. The grille had good food & friendly staff. There was a beer cart out that came by frequently. Even with the all the rain this part of Florida has had, the course was in good condition.

As usual the place was on point. Great course for the money.

Course was in good shape. Layout has enough water to get your attention. Not very busy on the Monday late morning when we played. Staff very friendly.

This is a great golf course on the space coast. Well maintained, good layout, not too difficult but challenging none the less. It’s of water and deep bunkers that can be avoided if you play smart. I would play here again

But this day, a little wet because of rain the night before. Staff was great and restaurant was great.
