Coarse fairways & greens need work, poor conditions
and very slow play. Liked the layout a lot
Would like to play again in better condition

You Get What You Pay For
Played with 3 strangers and we were all there because the price was right. I've played this course about once a year for the past 15 years. The other three were playing the whites so since they were close to my age I did too. If I play this course again it will be from the greens or reds. I stop counting and playing at double bugie. The didn't and quite a few double digit hole scores were recorded.

Course making significant improvements. Still some areas that are in need of improvements. Great track and requires use of every club in the bag. Worth the price of admission!
