GlenLakes Country Club

Enjoyed the round at this nice layout with enough difficulty to keep your attention. Greens had break and elevation changes so that every green needs to be studied over closely. Starter was very friendly. Check in went smoothly and club house staff professional and courtestous. Thankful for the experience and opportunity. Clubhouse was lively and beverages cold.

Good course, great pace of play! Would play again.

Wasn’t sure what to expect,, but was pleasantly surprised at how well conditioned everything was, as we’ve had minimal rain the past month or so. Greens were FAST!

I really like this course. To me it’s up there with both Jovita courses and fox hallow. The pace of play was amazing. They expect rounds to be completed in under 4 hours. We played ours in 3 with a full foursome. The green are true and fast. This course is worth the drive!

Thankful for the opportunity to play this nice layout. Was greeted and welcomed as a guest which I appreciated. Also wasn't stuck behind a number of players which was nice, actually played some holes with a member. He was helpful, friendly, and a kind gentleman to play with.

Tee boxes and greens were in great shape for March. Appreciated way the ball rolled on the greens, better than most courses I have played while in FL. Slopes on the greens made this day much more than pitch & putt.golf. Fairways were in better shape than most right now.

Appreciated efforts by course & members for sand bunker conditions. Had the opportunity to have a beverage with playing partner when round was completed, nice choices and comfortable bar area.

Hope opportunity presents itself to play this good golf course again real soon. Back 9 needs to give up more pars than my first round playing it!

Course is in good shape. Joined with another couple and pace of play was great. 3rd time we have played this course and haven’t been disappointed yet!!

Nice course not overly long greens need a bit of work but overall a good experience

Semi private course 80 dollars a round. First day arrived staff acted like they didn't want us there. Course is in great condition. Had a great round. Decided to play it again. Booked tee time. Same started approached us with a terrible attitude making it seem he didn't want us there and we had a tee time they said was apparently cancelled and said they make no money on golf now and they would not honor our tee time. All the staff including the manager just blamed everyone else. As I said terrible customer service. I live 10 minutes away. Not playing here anymore.

3rd time playing the course and overall it is an enjoyable experience. Starter pushed us out 15min early so no chance to warm up, but we got to play in under 4hrs as a twosome. Greens are rock hard and a bit bumpy. Nice layout but not worth $80. Got a deal and a coupon otherwise wouldn’t play it at that price. Beautiful clubhouse. The bar/restaurant includes gratuity so be aware when purchasing food/drinks.

Glenlakes CC is a nice course that's in very good condition given the current "winter" Florida fairway grasses. It's an interesting layout that will challenge your game. Unfortunately, we had nothing that showed the visual layout of individual holes, so we basically played the course blind (which has an abundance of doglegs and elevation changes) - our fault for not getting a course book. We definitely plan to play Glenlakes again. Though not in the upper echelon I rate as 5-star, the course is a high 4 star and absolutely worth the hour+ drive from my home. Staff makes you feel very welcome even though it's a private CC. Try it. You'll like it I'm sure.

Check in guy and starter were friendly and very informative. We played as a twosome in between well spaced foursomes. We took our time to avoid pushing and we were not pushed. A rare three and one half hour round.. The course was in very good condition with superb greens. Hats off to the greens keeper..
