Links of Lake Bernadette
About
The Links of Lake Bernadette enjoys verdant landscaping and a rolling terrain that are perfectly complemented by mature and towering pines. At 6,400 yards, the golf course is seemingly short but it feels like it plays much longer due to frequent doglegs that can be found throughout. Six of the par 4s play over 400 yards and a few par 3s measure over 200 yards, which also helps the course feel longer. Water hazards and bunkers come into play but they are balanced by large greens and wide fairways that make for easier approaches. Although beginners won't feel out of place and there are four different sets of tees, the golf course boasts several tricky holes that will challenge even the best players. One of these, the 163-yard 13th, was once called the best par 3 in Tampa Bay.

Very nice course layout and is a great value.
The course was in good condition and the course layout offered good challenges.
Nice Track!
Played The Links for the first time … quite a trip from west Tampa but well worth it! League play slowed the pace a bit but that’s expected especially given the volume of players over the holidays. Fairways and greens were in great shape and we enjoyed the course layout which was more forgiving than some of the tighter courses we play! Lastly, the staff seemed happy to have us there and the smiles are always appreciated. Rounded up to 5 stars from a 4 1/2 …. Get out and play this course!
My Favorite Course
Stay away from Silverado and come down and play a challenging well kept course with friendly courteous people. Always enjoy playing here and I play two to three times a week. Shaun and Wes are excellent and will see to your every need.
Good Course for the Price
Code is good. Priced under $50. For winter rates that is good. Layout good. Only issue is the course was very wet. Usually this time of year should be on the dry side. Many fairways has very muddy areas.
Getting Better!
My wife and I have played the Links of Lake Bernadette a few times and the course gets better each time we play. The clubhouse is dated but the staff are friendly. Not much here other than golf. The course has been improved a little here and there over the past few months and it plays nicely. Not the best in Tampa but for the money this place is a gem!
Great vslue
Even when the Snow Birds come down Lake Bernadette does not raise its prices they still make it a good value
Good course
One of the less expensive courses in the area and plays well. Staff was prepared and in position to get your round started. Carts are clean, operable and well maintained. Nothing fancy about the facilities or refreshment options. On the day we went, no on course services available. Didn't notice any water stations, ball washing or restrooms on the course either.
Technically, not a overly challenging course. Wide fairways that are open with few hazards. Holes 1, 9, and 10 are laid parallel so a little hectic if balls stray on a busy day. The course winds through a housing neighborhood but the houses are set off the course enough that they aren't in harms way from most players. Greens are small which does add some difficulty. Tee boxes, distances and layout were accurate and easy to follow.
Overall a pretty decent course and would play again.
If your looking for a championship quality golf experience, this isn't the place but for the price you could do a lot worse.
Thanks
Slow Slow Slow
No starter and no ranger. We had a tee time and it took us over 5 hours to get through our round. The course was in good condition, staff was friendly and professional but we needed a ranger out there pushing the groups to play golf and stand in fairway dropping two or three balls only to hit them in the woos…

Course was great but there was no indications on tha flags to let you know if they were at front middle or back
