I want to like this course. Layout is very good. Staff very friendly and the cost on a Saturday was good. But the fairways are very spotty with grass and too much dirt. Greens were sincerely the worst I’ve played on due to slowness and just not cut well at all. Too many putts bumped along their way. Needs work and could be a 4-5 star course. Left after 9.

Improved from last month. This course always seems wet & soft. Tees & fairways were fine, greens were smooth but extremely slow.

Good course for the 25.00, greens are a little hit and miss on conditions

Lots of doglegs, left and right. The pine tree soar over 50 feet. Undulations in the fairways and the every green had huge breaks besides being small. You'll have sidehill, downhill, and uphills. Short course but you'll need your A-game.

There is no way a course should allow an 2 1/2 hour back 9. Pace was so slow it was brutal it was not fun to play. I Understand that people are new and dont play well but if I pay $35 there should be an Ranger. I will not play here again and not recommend this course

The only issue with the course was that the greens were very slow. It looks like the course is having the greens grow longer before cutting. Other than, it was good.

Played this course half a dozen times this past summer.

The conditions have been getting worse lately.

Several holes are very soggy and wet - has not rained in our area in weeks - so they must be over watering. When your approach shots are plugging on the green - it may be too wet and soggy.

Bunkers are in sloppy conditions filled with foot prints and marks. In a couple of bunkers no one is raking since they do not have a rake around bunker - yet in a couple of holes there are two rakes by the bunker.

The greens really need to be cut. There are several holes where the grass on the green is really thick and makes putting inconsistent.

Conditions along with the recent increase in price (I realize this is a seasonal increase as the temperature improves), my group has decided to remove this course out of rotation.

Maybe if the above items are resolved we can consider coming back.

I like playing here. Greens are in good shape Pace was great.

We always enjoy playing at the "Links"......the greens and fairways are in fine condition.....no issues.....however, sand wand water hazards come into play on certain holes.....could cause problems if you don't hit it straight. Looking forward to returning again someday soon....worth the hours drive from New Port Richey.

I have played this course many times and I enjoy playing here for the value. I had a 930 tee time and it took 2 hours 40 mins just to finish 9 holes.

We waited on every hole and the people in front of us were waiting as well. It wasn’t slow play it was overbooked. I actually got a raincheck for the back 9 since the back 9 was backed up as well. Very disappointing and I hope next time I play it isn’t the same.

Course was in good shape except for the greens. They were very, very slow.
