The Links of Lake Bernadette enjoys verdant landscaping and a rolling terrain that are perfectly complemented by mature and towering pines. At 6,400 yards, the golf course is seemingly short but it feels like it plays much longer due to frequent doglegs that can be found throughout. Six of the par 4s play over 400 yards and a few par 3s measure over 200 yards, which also helps the course feel longer. Water hazards and bunkers come into play but they are balanced by large greens and wide fairways that make for easier approaches. Although beginners won't feel out of place and there are four different sets of tees, the golf course boasts several tricky holes that will challenge even the best players. One of these, the 163-yard 13th, was once called the best par 3 in Tampa Bay.

Very nice layout.
A little soft in a few places but the course is overall in decent shape. A few tricky holes that require good placement. Not particularly tight but loose shots will cost you. Pretty good pace for a crowded Saturday. I like this course and will return.
Too soggy
Normally this course is in good condition. Because of all the rain, it didn’t drain well. There were several areas where water had pooled.
The Links of Lake Bernadette
Was bit wet out there this morning so we played preferred lies. Pace of play was great as we let a two through and never saw them again. Otherwise course was in good condition…Greens were deceptive speed wise because of the rain they had the niight before.
Horrible
This course is horrible! Tee boxes over grown, fairways flooded (horrible draining), and greens are slower than most courses rough it’s like Velcrow/carpet. Never play here unless you expect the absolute worse course you’ll ever play in your life… For very similar pricing GO TO SILVERADO!
All 5 star reviews are a lie
Rough cart paths.. some fairways uncut those that were had grass and sand.. greens were so slow and bumpy.. this course could be awesome if they closed it for a month and put real work into it.
Best Score at Bernadette
Had a nice round of golf as the pace of play was fantastic and heat held off until last few holes on the back 9. Course was in good condition. Greens were a bit slow but fairways ran pretty good.

What a fun course. Great value , had lots of fun . Interesting layout . Nice pace.
Early Morning
We had a 06:45 AM Tee Time and finished before the it heated up. We saw no one in front of us and a twosome finally caught up with us. Course was in good condition. Staff was super friendly and efficient. Lunch was nice. Will definitely be back
Great course, Great value
I play a lot of courses in the central Florida area, Lake Bernadette is always in great shape, very accessible and pace of play is good. Enjoy my rounds there
Great Time
Course is in Great shape. Huge improvement with the fairways and tee boxes. The greens are a little slow yet but I'm sure that will improve over time.

I can tell the greens are being worked on. They were very fuzzy. I trust they will be getting a tighter cut in the near future. Also some of the tee boxes are pretty rough while others are getting a rest by moving to temp spots. Many of the tees could use some attention. Progress is being made though.

Great course, great shape, great layout, played Saddlebrook the next day and found the similarities for sure. Yes, the greens are slow for my taste. However, I’ve already booked this course again. Met some great resident golfers on the course as well. Just a great experience. I’d highly recommend it
