I would call this a" cow pasture " except no cow could survive here; no grass..

There were small airplanes and paratroopers jumping the whole time we played. Very entertaining... .course is played back and forth across the airport so no a course for walking....

Was good for the money greens need a little work but you could putt

Thanks to the regulars who I got matched up with, since the course is split between the two run ways that intersect the course with most holes on the FAR side...there is no real hole guidance to keep you on pace to move from hole to hole and being a very tight course, with tee boxes you have to watch for slices and fades coming into your space,...

Dime sized greens in need of AERATION and sanding at a bare minimum, the approach areas are sadly neglected, but with all the play (had a SHOT GUN LEAGUE START two holes in front of us), add in that once near the green, an 8 iron to chip would give you the FLORIDA roll....putting was like watching a basketball game with all the bouncing like a player was dribbling...the quality vs price is a personal decision here...

Even being dead center on fairways, finding some patch of grass was hard...this couse might consider shutting hall the holes down to give em some time to reconver and get some needed grounds crew attention...rolling the greens was seen, and would later become the ironic anecdote considering their condition...

Please give the course some rest, and your regulars will deal with it, kniwing THEY WILL BENEFIT...

Three years ago, they had made quite a bit of progress at growing better grass on the greens. I thought they had regressed from the condition they were in then. I said I would recommend the course. I would but would explain that I recommend it if one wants to work at approach shots in particular and is ok with the condition of the course. It is a good deal at the price but I can not call the conditions average. I will say that fairways in Florida courses I have played (about 15 courses) are mostly what I would call fair. Being from Maine, most of the courses I have played have better fairways and I have played more than 60 of them.

First time playing this course. Interesting layout. Not many ways to get into trouble. No traps, very little water. We would play this course again.

But don't book 18 through Golf Now after a certain time. They'll tell you that you have to bring the carts back before you can get 18 in. If playing in the late afternoon just book 9. The staff there is great, BTW. The airport running through the course is definitely unusual but pretty cool.

There are better courses with better greens but you just can't beat the staff that runs this place. They more than compensate for any failure of the course. You feel an ardent welcome when you get there . I make no sophistry or fallacious attempt to decieve when I say I have never felt more comfortable playing a nywhere else. I humbly submit if you are just a hacker (mid 80s) like myself; try this place !

This course has wide open fairways with minimal hazards. Greens need some work.
