Nice municipal course
Course was challenging. There are some tricky shots good dog legs. Third hole you’re hitting directly over water which is challenging. Course was in decent shape. However the greens were very bumpy. I believe they just punched them about two or three weeks ago so they’re still healing so which made it challenging during the putts.. not bad for a municipal course. I will play there again.
Amenities: coffee shop and bar, pro shop, nice driving range, newer golf carts, big putting green, chip and sand area to practice.
Course was good, fair ways where good too.
Greens were bad , full of holes and when you were putting golf ball would bounce from side to side. Golf ball would have a hard time rolling.
disappointed
Booked through Golf Now... was not advised that the greens were punched day of. Was told at the pro shop that only the front 9 was punched... NOT the case when half the back 9 was punched. EXTREME amounts of sand on the greens. Pace of play was on the slower side.
Great new/old course
The nee renovations are great , course in great shape .
1st time since remodel!
Greens are super hard and fast need some love and care. Sand was soft and nice fairways were decent need little love in that area. But bring a range finder as for like hole 8-12/13 the apps are not updated on the distances for the remodel that was the ridiculous part a par 3 was stating 512 from blue tees.
Course play
They need a consistent field Marshall to help maintain course play, encouraging people to keep the pace of play up. 6 hours for a round of golf is too long.
Poor management
This course is poorly managed and everything is out of control. So disappointed...
Bring food
Customer service is not just bad but not completely lost on this staff. New course, same diamond bar. Don't recommend.
Weekend Golfer
It was great to finally be able to golf at Diamond Bar especially after the renovations. The course was in good shape and the weather has started to dry the fairways but overall in good shape. The greens you can tell have recently been punched and are healing a little to firm for me but good overall. The bunkers we good as there is sand in them and not to bad. Now for the not so good to begin no cart girl nor the snack shop open at the 10th hole. Now the pace was terrible as we were stuck behind 2 foursomes that were very slow and I'm being nice. The marshal needs to enforce the pace of play and we saw him a couple of times but the pace did not improve.
