Impeccable Greens, Good Value
The course is in rough shape. Most fairways are dry and rock hard, same for the bunkers. The greens somehow are amazing! The break of the greens are crazy with the mountains nearby but man are they all lush. It felt weird putting on such a great surface and then looking at all the dead grass running up to it. Good value though, comes with a snack and cart.

killer greens
The greens were super fast. We would barely touch the ball with the putter and ...zoom...the ball would take off...but, the greens were lush green color...like velvet.

There’s a big improvement on sand traps . Once seeding is done on fairways, it should be a fun place to play.

First time at Shandin wasn’t good. First impressions are everything and I can’t guarantee that i’ll be coming back. To see that tee times at this course are above the “Hot Deal” that I paid for is ridiculous. $35 tee times elsewhere will get me beautiful fairways, fountains and beautiful scenery, outhouses, smooth greens, and more spread out tee times with modern golf carts. Dry, dead grass, portable toilets, speed of play was too slow with a 5-some ahead of us and wouldn’t let us play through, and splotchy greens with visible remains of divots and hole placement are just a few things I noticed. Thank you for the tee time but maintenance and culture need an upgrade at this course.

I remember when this course was in so much better shape. Now the fairways are is terrible shape. The bunkers are completely neglected and the greens are not much better.typical decline since the plandemic and the typical increase in price. Sad
