The course has no club house or rest rooms
No feast rooms, only porta potty’s. That are full of poo poo. They have not empty in 3 days. No water to wash your hands also.
Winter grass means very fast greens
The winter grasses are now in on most courses. The fairway grass is short and firm. Very few bald spots around the course.
The greens are lightning quick- rolling around a 12. If you get on the wrong side of the hole- good luck stopping your putt.
The General Manager worked with me to resolve an issue- and I thank him for that !!!
San Dimas Golf
The coarse was in good condition, it was a little crowded which slowed things down some. Saw a mother Bobcat and one of her kittens.
Back Nine Pace Slow
We had a 9:30A Tee Time and were lucky enough to get out at 9:15 because the Group ahead was a no show. Pace was great front nine but when got to Hole 14, two group back-up. We did not wait around to even see how much worse it was going to get. Cut our outing short leaving after 3:30 hours to complete 13 Holes. Did not see a Marshall all day to help with back up.
Gone fishing
They are under construction and there is no hot food available. We got stuck in front of a 3 some and one of them screwed up our whole day all he wanted to do was fish golf balls out of the ponds. With no one in front of them so the guy fishing balls just holding up the game of play. If only they had a marshal to control these types of people. The ponds are so nice and crystal clear with fish and I would hate for that to be taken away, most golf courses use blue die to hide the golf balls. However, this takes away from being outdoors and enjoying some wild life.
Good challenging course great views
Unique different course that will test your game great views dear on course clubhouse under construction was a drawback.
Beautiful course
Nice staffs and course layout though the green
is very hard and challenging. I have plyed there about 20 times. But I am still enjoying the course.
