Fun & Challenging and comical experience
Great course to play will definitely be back.
Only complaint is my brother and I got paired up with a complete bozo. This guy had 0 patience, he took up a sport that required you to play vs yourself. This guy cursed his lungs out like his life was on the line because he 2 putted. On the par 3’s his wedge would go further than his ball slinging it with all his might. He would bash clubs repeatedly in bunkers and fairways. At first we found it hilarious till we reached the back 9 then got old it’s not that serious big dawg!
Other than that course needs a better beer selection in pro shop.
Best course I've been to in Southern California. Fun design and some hills. Friendly staff
Twilight front 9
I played the twilight front 9, was disappointed that they closed the gate eliminating holes 4-7.
1. It took six hours to play 18 holes
2. They were half hour behind.
3. The sand traps were hard and full of gravel.
4. No marshals
5. No refreshment cart
Pace of Play has made this course unplayable
When I first started playing this course a couple years ago I absolutely loved it! Interesting and unique layout, challenging, in good condition, what's not to love?
Unfortunately the last two times I've played here the pace has been absolutely atrocious. My last round when I should've been teeing off at 1248 on a Sunday there were two foursomes ahead of us still waiting on the tee box to tee off. This meant we teed off about 20 minutes late, and then had a 20 minute wait on every single tee box and were waiting on every shot of the round, which ended up taking 6 hours. This course needs to improve pace of play, probably by spacing their tee times out more and enforcing some guidelines. I hate to say it, but if pace of play matters to you don't play here.
Beautiful course very slow play in afternoon
Nice layout only played front 9 in afternoon at 4 pm. Beautiful visuals a little quirky hole layouts have to cross car roads that do not stop for car. Slow play maybe because high school tournaments ahead of us. I recommend this course will bring wife next time and hope pace of play will be better.
Pace of play is getting ridiculous at this course
Love coming to San Dimas but C’mom 9 holes took us 3.5 hrs that’s unacceptable…. Management needs to do better
Five and a half hour round
The pace of play was slow. There were four groups of four golfers in front of our group with no one to monitor or prompt them to move along. This was by far the longest I've spent on any golf course and unfortunately ruined our day despite the perfect weather and conditions. I won't play this course mid- day again.
