This is a great placement shot course.
This course is in great shape and it is pretty tight compared to courses that I play back home. I will for sure be coming back again for another challenge.
Above average course
Very well maintained course. The carts have gps. Difficult enough course but for a manageable price. Liked it alot.
San Dimas Cyn. Golf Course
I was very disappointed in my day at San Dimas. When I got there they had a Junior Tournament playing. I was 45mins late getting off the first tee and didn't even play two holes. It would have taken well over 5hrs just to get through 9 holes.
Was a Saturday and was very crowded. Way to long long to play a round.
I had not played this course on a Saturday in a long time. Was very slow, almost a six hour round. There were a lot of "fores" being yelled as there were carts all over the place. Trying to strech out the start intervals to 10 to 15 minutes may help.
Nice short challenging course but crowd.
I always love to play at San Dimas but course was too croweded, too me 3.5hrs for front nine. Decided to back to front nine again and only took us hour and half. Greens are fast well maintained.
fastest greens i've ever played
very beautiful rolling terrain. extremely fast greens and if your playing it for the first time like I was very difficult to know where to hit it. If you are playing for first time err on the side of conservative i.e. hit 3 wood when you would hit driver. And always find the mountain and where the fall line of your putt is. Overall, liked the course a lot for the value and condition of the greens. Look forward to playing it again where I know where to hit it.
Fun track, but pace of play ridiculously slow
Greens are in pretty good shape and slick. Fairways in very poor shape. Too many 5somes make pace of play torturous. .
Tough greens to read
I always love playing here, it's a great course, always in good shape, interesting, challenging layout with some of the most confounding greens in the Inland Empire. Course was in great shape, and pace of play was decent, something that isn't always the norm here. Move up a set of tees guys, you aren't that good.
Nice course, well maintained and nice challenge for all skill levels.
This was my first time playing and I was very impressed with the layout. Our group had plenty of holes with challenge even for a six handicap player. I will definitely put this course on my list of local coursed to play. My only complaint was the pace of play as the group in front of us was constantly hitting more than one ball when the course was pretty busy. However, that did not diminish my appreciation for the course or the value.
challenging fast green.
very friendly services ,well kept fairway and green .great view.
Course is well maintained and fun
If you can get your fees under $55, then it's definitely worth it. Good course and well maintained. Anything over $55 and I would look for a nicer course. I did not know that they allow 5 somes however I'm assuming that was done because of the Holidays and it being busier than normal.
Very much improved San Dimas!
The course conditions have varied greatly during the years here at San Dimas. Right now the course is in fantastic condition. The greens are in superb shape. They sand traps have real sand in them, and the fairways were were in very good conditions. While we were playing, we noticed several maintenace people out on the course working on it and it is making a very noticeble difference. The only criticism is the green fee's seem a little high, however, where I would have never paid them before to play this course, I will consider them now because of the great course conditions especially if I can find a discount.
Nice location and backdrop
We were not allowed to use carts since it had rained in the morning. Course was in good shape but starter was rude and not accommodating.
Well maintained course, kindly staff, but please dont cut my round short
I really loved your golf course and your digital score cards on the golf carts. I enjoyed how well maintained the course is and how peaceful it feels. With all this being said, there was something I really did not appreciate. In the process of finishing our 4th hole, we were stopped and told that the gate was being closed for the 5th hole and we would not be able to cross the street. I understand it was a late tee time and although the gentlemen who approached us was kind, it felt like our round was basically being ended with in good lighting. And seriously, only 4 holes? With it being our first time, we were disoriented in getting around the course so we just jumped to the next free hole. After spending a few minutes trying to figure this out, we just then went to the 13th hole. Now, I'm on the process of booking another round in the AM but it did leave me with a bitter taste. I'll admit though, I'm hesitant in booking a tee time here when I can easily book a round at Mountain Meadows or Marshall Canyon who have previously let me played my rounds in low lighting. I understand its a stretch playing during sunset, but this is what defines that final stretch in customer service satisfaction.
The course was in great shape
My friends and I really enjoyed ourselves this past Saturday. The course was in the best shape I've ever seen it. The greens were smooth and very challenging. The fairways were in excellent condition as well as the rough. The sand in the bunkers were great as well. I have no complaints...I can't wait to come back!!!
San Dimas
Just prepare for a slow day and you will have a great time.
took 5 1/2 hrs to play, but it was in great shape.
Pace of play way too slow.
Course was still recovering a little from green maintenance. Pace of play was way too slow with some tees backed up two deep. Too many fivesomes for a Sunday. Would like to come back when the greens are fully recovered and on a day when it isn't quite as busy.
Back 9 more character & challenging
Great course...quiet & away from it all feel. Scenic with water & hills & 3 tiered greens. Dog leg right & left so you have opportunities to shape shots. Fun!
Awesome staff
The staff was great and the course is awesome. This is my favorite course in the area.
