Fun round, Awesome course layout. Bunkers need sand otherwise course in really good shape.

Play was slow. Needed the marshal to move groups along quicker.

I have been playing The Reserve for over twenty years, and it is one of my absolute favorite courses. However, when we recently played the course, the conditions for the "average" golfer were a bit much. I consider myself to be a good golfer, but I really struggled with the length of the rough, the speed of the greens ,and the inconsistency of the traps. I realize that we had just played after the course had been set-up for an NCAA Regional Tournament and I'm sure that it played fine for players of that level. But for someone simply going out to enjoy a round of golf, the conditions were anything but enjoyable. I'm hoping that this was an anomaly, and that the course will once again be reset for those who are just wanting to play a fun round of golf on an very special course. I will certainly play The Reserve again, and my hopes are that it will once again be "friendly" for those of us with minus handicaps.

3-4 club sounds it difficult, deep rough around greens, enjoyed golfing course ladies.

Love playing here, great track. Unfortunately I found myself in the bunkers this round more then normal and the bunkers are not good. You would expect for the price they are charging the bunkers would be better taken care of. Very thin layer of wet sand on top of hard pan clay or just plain wet sand/mud.
