Fairways not good at all.

Greens were good.

Just needs time to heal.

The course conditions & tee boxes were very poor. Some fairways were good, some had dirt and rocks in the middle. Not worth the money

This was my first time playing the course. I really enjoyed the course. The people were fantastic and very friendly.

The layout of the course was great with several holes with great views. The conditions on the front nine were kind of disappointing with may tee boxes having very little grass, several fairways were in need of better drainage and were damaged due to poor drainage. The back nine was much better and in much better condition. Several bunkers had little to no sand. The course layout is very good, I just wish it had been maintained and taken care of a little better.

I will be back later in the year and hopefully when I play again the conditions will be much improved.

The layout is very nice and challenging but course is rough. Hitting off dirt a lot. Tee boxes were bare dirt on a lot of them. Double booked so they rushed us onto the back 9 to start which was fine for us. For what it costs, we will probably play other courses.

(3 handicap) First time playing this course. Staff and starter were all very nice and accommodating. Putting area was very indicative of the the greens. Fast, firm, and in excellent condition.

However the tee boxes and fairways are in need of a lot of work. Not much grass to speak of and tee boxes were not level on most boxes.

The layout was very enjoyable and lots of elevation changes. Won’t be back until they get the fairways sorted out though.

Greens were excellent, course layout is beautiful. The fairways and tee boxes are not in very good shape. I know it's a bit early for their fairway grass to be in, but they were basically bare. Staff was awesome. Amenities were fantastic. Outside of the fairway and tee box conditions, this is the best bang for your buck in the area. Food is delicious as well.

This course has a great layout in the foothills of the Smokies but it is in significant need of some repair and watering. Most of the greens were so hard and bone dry making them impossible to play. Some of the back nine were much better. I'd give this course a few weeks before playing it.

Both the fairways and the tee boxes are missing grass. You literally hit off of dirt the entire day..

$85 for this course is a joke!! There is a reason their tee sheet is wide open every single day… locals won’t play it!! If you’ve never played this course, do not pay full price or a dime over $60. There are FAR BETTER public courses within a 15 minute drive for under $65!! Here’s some advice to management. Quit comparing yourself to Willow Creek or Tellico village, you’re not them, never will be. It doesn’t matter how much money you pump into the course, it’s built on a rocky hill lol. You’re what Dead Horse was 15 years ago. So drop the price to like $50 and maybe locals will come and play this goat pasture built on a rocky hill. Your competition and price point should be Centennial, but their course conditions and price point are better. QUIT CHARGING COUNTRY CLUB PRICES FOR A BOTTOM TIER PUBLIC COURSE. Your regular price is as high or close to the guest fee for the premier country clubs in the area….. what are y’all doing 🤣🤣

Had a great day on the course. Not very crowed, course in very good condition.

All of the staff were great to be with.

Course is in good condition year round. Staff is very nice and don’t push you to finish and bring your cart back before dark. I usually always get a twilight time and there’s almost nobody else playing.
