Good track
Few rough spots, greens recently aerated, but playable. Few rough tee boxes and a few bare spots in the fairway. Overall the course is in really good condition.
Great course
Really enjoyed Avalon. Lots of variety, good greens and tee boxes. Not too long for beginners.

I had an overall great experience here. I live a short 10 minutes away, and will absolutely be frequenting this course going forward.

Really enjoyed the course itself. Pace of play was SLOW but all in all I had fun with the boys.
The course conditions & tee boxes were very poor. Some fairways were good, some had dirt and rocks in the middle. Not worth the money
Fun course, fun layout, only ok conditons
This was my first time playing the course. I really enjoyed the course. The people were fantastic and very friendly.
The layout of the course was great with several holes with great views. The conditions on the front nine were kind of disappointing with may tee boxes having very little grass, several fairways were in need of better drainage and were damaged due to poor drainage. The back nine was much better and in much better condition. Several bunkers had little to no sand. The course layout is very good, I just wish it had been maintained and taken care of a little better.
I will be back later in the year and hopefully when I play again the conditions will be much improved.

Super friendly staff. Great carts and a fun course lay out. If your playing during the week it’s 100% worth the money
Nice layout but course is rough
The layout is very nice and challenging but course is rough. Hitting off dirt a lot. Tee boxes were bare dirt on a lot of them. Double booked so they rushed us onto the back 9 to start which was fine for us. For what it costs, we will probably play other courses.
