Great time
It’s always a great time golfing here but the only thing would would say is there should be a Marshall to keep things going when it gets busy otherwise great course

Good layout, poorly run
Showed up for our tee time and was told there would be a 20 minute delay, then a 45 minute delay, due to a lack of carts. Frost delay set them back two hours. We then get out and we’re stacked on top of each other. At several holes there was a group on the green, in the fairway and two at the box. They could have managed that better. 70 carts for 200 people according to the starter. That said, it was a really nice layout and seems to be coming out of winter quite nicely. Greens were faster than expected and fairways were in good shape. Had a nice mix of holes for every skill level.

First Timer
Course was is great condition for early spring/late winter. This course is LONG. Amenities are nice. Beverage cart runs all day. Great bar! EXCELLENT Bloody Mary’s and breakfast samiches. Thought $68/player was kinda steep for a Saturday in March though.

Course is looking good
I was very surprised to see the course in the good place it was for March. Course was pretty dry considering the wet Winter. Pace of play was bad. Marshall’s do your job!

GolfNow golfers are second class
I like the layout of this course and it was in reasonably good shape for early March. The pace of play was glacial not in small part due to the “management”. The pro shop staff was anything but friendly and welcoming, especially towards GolfNowers. We are definitely at the back of the line. I’ve been lucky enough to play a lot of great courses through GolfNow and have always felt welcome. Not here.
There are too many, much better courses to play for us. Don’t waste your money here.

Always in good shape
Can't say enough about the care of this course. They always keep this course in good condition. For any level of players, this course should be your standard for NV area. I have been disappointed by other higher priced courses after I played this course.

Greens in great shape for this time of year.
Bristow is in very good shape considering the time of year and the amount of snow and rain we have had in the last 6 weeks.
Maintenance crews were out getting the traps re-sanded and trimmed.
The greens were in exceptional shape. Fast and true with consistent speed throughout all 18 holes today.

Marshal?
Slow then slower then slowest. Marshaling is evidently a foreign concept. 1 group holding up everyone, nothing done to get them back on pace. Quit on 13, slow group was 2 groups up on 14, then no one until 18th green. Terrible experience.

Always in good condition. Sand needs to be replenished. One of the best courses in Northern VA for your money.

Nice course. Friendly staff
Nice fairway. A couple of Par 3s are bit challenging, with 180 and 200 yards from the box. Staff is always friendly.
