Streetsville Glen Golf Club
About
Streetsville Glen Golf Club first opened in 1967, but major renovation in 2001 have updated this golf course, making it more player friendly while still keeping the challenges of the original layout in tact. With only 10 holes when first opening, eight newly designed, thought-provoking holes were added. The golf course is somewhat short but the wind that comes into play on the back nine makes it seem like it plays much longer. There are also well placed bunkers and water hazards coming into play throughout. Streetsville Glen Golf Club's signature hole is the long par-5 sixth, where an out-of-bounds down the entire left side and a pond on the right require shots to not only be long, but also straight.

Convienient location, friendly staff, most of course in good shape.
Good short game course. Place for seniors and novice players,
Once you pass 16th hole without drowning you are ok , Lots of bird droppings on some holes. They need to make more deals with power cards included like other courses. Otherwise $25 deal plus $20 cart is almost like lion head deal and this is not lion head.
But I enjoy playing here at least once a week. And thanks for stopping of using electric cards - man that was an adventure to say the least.
Would only play it on discounted rate from GolfNow
Really a shortened course more appropriate for beginners or shorter hitters
Enjoyed golfing.
I played last weekend with special rate. The course condition was not that bad and playable depends on the time of early Nov.
this course is well located!
This is a well maintained course, with a good mixed of challenging and easy rounds.Good value for the money.
This course is really challenging
As seniors, my wife and I enjoyed playing this course very much, it is not over difficult but some holes are challenging, great course to play in three hours,we will play again next year
A little of everything
This course has features that remind me of other courses I have played,. It has a few long holes, a few short holes, some dog legs and the only thing it doesn't seem to have is major water hazards. That being said, it does have its share of casual water. As most courses of this sort are flood plains, that is not unusual. The 16th hole however, is almost always inundated with runoff, and is poorly laid out. None the less, this a good and challenging par 4 course. I would, and have recommended it to others as a good place to work on mid and short game.
OK to hone your short irons
The course has been changed to little more than an executive course. Greens were "fuzzy", tee blocks not in the best of shape, but the extremely low green fees ($12 on a "hot deal") made it value for money
A Dump
This course has been cut up so much, its hard to tell which green you are aiming for. I have never golfed with some many holes on top of each other. Terrible course.
The course is very close to my place.
I always looking for a good deal, otherwise will not play coz it's expensive. So I'm always waiting for golfnow.com for a fair price that I can afford. That 12$ for Streetville is a go for me. And thanks a lot for that.
Cheap course, nice to play but incredibly slow pace!
Hi,
This course was good value to play, however perhaps because it is so cheap the course was super busy and it took us 4.5 hours to play this course even though it's supposedly a short course. It would have taken us over 5 hours to play but thankfully a couple of groups ahead of us left.
Not a golf course I would play again.
The first and last time I will play this course. Surely Kaneff Golf can put a better product together. To say it was a dog track is an understatement.
Good beginner course.
Ideal for casual playing with your spouse or young child because each hole is of moderate length and most shots are recoverable. The routing has changed over the years due to recent housing development which makes for a confusing experience (i.e. 4th fairway, 7th and 10th tee boxes). Some tee markers missing. Fairways not distinguishable from the rough on certain holes (i.e. 12th and 13th holes). Fast pace of play only slowed down by the flood plane holes 15th, 16th, 17th. Excessive goose droppings on #8 fairway and green. Keep your Driver in the bag and enjoy your short game on this course.
Extremely difficult to navigate course
Following heavy rains the previous day, cart path rule was enforced. This was first time playing this course, and it was often extremely difficult to navigate from hole to hole and follow the cart paths, which were often dead ends remaining from when the course was par 72. Map on scorecard and course signage was totally inadequate for the complicated, narrow and confusing layout.
The course required a major update, fairway is not maintained and have major drainage problem. the tee off areas are in poor condition.
I like the location of the course, however, the condition of the course and especially the fairways required a major update. Do not play there after heavy rain, everywhere is water.
The green fees are not cheaper than the other courses, do some research before you pick this course.
Good luck and happy golfing.
Easy 18 holes, when you just want to hit a few and relax.
Played this course before all the houses came up around it, very much downsized, no par 5's, but, if you just feel like hitting a few balls without exhausting yourself this works. Easy drive in the west end gta.
this is a good course for an average golfer
l really enjoy this course but my last visit had a bad experince with the golf carts, i will play this course again but will not use the carts. must have been the day l played
This course is a great find.
Excellent course for beginners and intermediate players. Also a great course to practice your short game. Easy to walk the course but carts are also available. The staff are friendly and courteous. Beverage carts also roam the course for refreshments.
The course is not well maintained and greens are not smooth
This course should be more like 15 dollars for green fees.. It is sub standard for the fees being charged..
