Good course for money paid
Good value for the course. Would come back and play again.
Great fairways. Terrible greens.
Nice layout with great fairway grass. Greens recently aerated had so many holes and so much sand they were unplayable. No consistent roll anywhere. If you want to play fast and hit woods and irons for practice, go for it. If you plan to work on your putting, go elsewhere for now. 8/13
Great condition for mid-summer in Texas
I've been playing this course for over 15 years now, usually about 2-3 times a year and the course has matured very nicely. The course itself was in great shape tee to green, however the greens were extremely slow. One big complaint was their golf cart situation. We went through 4 carts during the round because of weak batteries. They were good about shuffleing carts out to us but what a hassle. The cart girl was very nice and we saw her about 4 times during the round.
Excellent Shape
The City of Arlington knows how to keep their golf courses looking good. Course was in amazing shape, so green. Able to go long on the front, and a bit of a challenge on the back.
GREENS CONTINUE TO BE TERRIBLE-EXTREMELY SLOW-CREST ON EVERY HOLE WHICH EASILY CAN BE AVOIDED

Course is in pretty good condition except for areas in the rough that are very rocky. Greens are in real good shape except they're pretty slow.

Challenging and fun.
Ditto is the go-to course for folks looking for a little water, a little sand, wide open fairways, and plenty of shade. Always one of my favorites in DFW.
Great older course with established trees, good shade and well maintained fairways.
Played Ditto on a very hot day, good course because it had lots of trees you could use for shade when you waited. Four hour round, not as long as some courses but challenging distance for duffers like me. Plenty of refreshement cart girls, I was asked every other hole if I wanted a drink or snack.
For the money its great!!
good course for the money
I play Ditto pretty often and have been very pleased with how well maintained the whole course has been. The fairways have been in very good shape. The greens look great (rolling slow at this time). I really don't have much to complain about on this course except for the fact that if you get off the fairway you're going to get into some rock on a few holes.. It's good to hit it straight out here. You slice bad you will pay. Bunker play is ok, could be better. Pace of play was not to bad for a Sunday afternoon. Finished the round in just over 4 hrs. Good course, go play!!
Great value
Course was in great shape for mid-summer. Everything was green and well maintained. Wish the greens were a little 'smoother' but this is a muni course. If the greens were in a little better shape and sand traps in better condition, this course would be on par with the next tier of courses in metroplex. Will definitely go back!! Oops sorry..one complaint, no cart girl ever came around during the entire 18 holes. This is mid-summer in Texas...
This course was average, Golf staff was dismissive
Went on a Sunday after it rained pretty hard the day before. Greens were way slow but once the dry out the course is in pretty good shape. The guy that checked us in was rude and short. As well as the morning players assistant. It's been about 4 years since I played this course and it will probably be at least that many year before I go back again.
Nice course for good value
Good value, well maintained. The staff isn't the friendliest in the world, but what can you expect from city employees? Overall a good place to play.
Good Old Course
This is a nice older course. It has some water, sand and some slight elevations changes. The only down side to the course is since it is a older course. You have the regulars that are a bit older and slower. They also allow more than 4 in a group. We saw a group of 6 on one of the holes. They were very nice and let us play through. All that being said, I like the course and would go back anytime.
No marschall and super slow play hate that 4 groups in 1 hole and no one to speed up the play poor service
Hate it!!! To slow play 4 hrs for 12 holds
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Problally will never play it again
Nice Course
Played Ditto on Father's Day with threesome. Course was in good condition overall, a few of the greens could use some attention though. Quite a few people there that day, so we did wait a bit, but overall good time. It would definitely be nice if they upgraded the carts to have GPS.
Harder than it looks!
Although there are a lot of wide open holes There are several that are tree lined and require accurate drives. This is a very playable course but harder than the course ratings suggest.
Fun and challenging course
Very beautiful course, great value and challenging!
Great course - too busy
Ditto is in fantastic shape this summer. It is moderately challenging, but not too difficult for the average golfer. The biggest problem is that on busy weekends, they schedule tee times every 8 minutes instead of every 13. It was very busy and backed up starting on the 2nd hole. We only saw the martial once during the day and he was helping a cute girl look for her ball. Instead he should be regulating the pace of play. They simply just stack too many foursomes into too little time. The waiting made the day seem disjointed and unenjoyable.
Nice course
Nice and challenging course. Course conditions were above average. Greens are elevated and a little difficult
over-all good experience
ditto and golf now made my day very enjoyable....looking forward to using golf now again in the very near future
