About
Designed by world renowned golf architect Rees Jones, Grand Niagara opened in 2005 as a championship caliber 18 hole facility stretching a daunting 7425 yards from the championship tees. Closing 9 holes for development in the fall of 2023, Grand Niagara carries on with a meticulously maintained, gently rolling 9 holes that will challenge every skill level.

Really a shame that a great Reese Jones course is going to be developed! Paved paradise and put a parking lot … or in this case stacked townhouses! It really is all about the Benjamin’s or in this case the Borden’s!

Great course
Love this course, unfortunately it’s closing at the end of the year!! Get out and enjoy while you can.
Great layout
Our first round ever in Canada did not disappoint. It was a very windy day that only slightly dampened the day. It was a very interesting design with some memorable greens.
Just plain beautiful
Awesome course pristine greens and fairways. Very nice layout. Such a shame greed is closing this course.
Grand Niagara
Great layout, great conditions for early May. Too bad greed is taking over & the course will be scrapped next year.

It is always a pleasure to play Grand Niagara. I played with 3 other fine people. The weather was great and the course is finally starting to dry up. All nearby courses got hammered with 7-10 days of rain.
It is very sad to hear this is the last year for the course. We are losing too many courses to darn housing…….
