Golfer Reviews
Really Exceptional
We enjoyed our round of 9 holes however we are still fairly novice so the course was challenging (but that is how one gets better). The fairways and greens in excellent shape. The bunkers (we found many) are plentiful. It is a pretty course. As it was hot and humid, we were glad to have taken a cart. The Marshal was really friendly and helpful. Great course, enjoyed the game and had a few shots that keep one coming back. We booked online with a "hot deal" but still seemed to cost more than expected with other fees added, however, for the qualify of the course, it was understandable.
Great 9 hole course
Great day at what is now the best 9 hole to be found anywhere. Used to play Grand Niagara when it was a full 18 and it's a shame it's been chopped in half.
We're losing one of the best courses found in the region, but this is a great compromise. Have 9 Great holes in awesome condition. Makes you hit all the shots and even though the tee sheet was booked solid, we played in 2hr 10mins. Would recommend to any level of player to have a very enjoyable experience.
No amenities to speak of but they try...have a food truck on site and beverages are available. Try it while you can...you won't be disappointed.
Nice course, sub par amenities
Course is in great shape however the clubhouse is a simple modular building and the washroom available is a porto-let
Finest 9 hole track I’ve ever seen!
Played on a Monday at noon. No one out there!
Wish I could have seen and played it before they took out the first 9
This is a Rees Jones design and it is a so great, forgiving and open for your drives but tight on your second shots. Greens are up on plateaus and fast. It’s a shame that these remaining 9 holes will be gone soon! Play this place before it’s gone forever.
Great course. Unfriendly staff
We are RVing across country and booked a day of golf at this course. We arrived an hour early and I asked the gentleman in the pro shop if we may get out early. He looked at my tee time and said I pre paid so there was no way. I even asked if I could pay the difference and he said no. We then waited an hour sitting in our cart. We watched as no one took to the tee box for 35 minutes. This was just in called for and rude. The course though was beautiful
Beautiful 9 hole
Just a fantastic 9 hole too bad the other 9 are missing but sometimes a 9 like this is enough to get rid of the craving, kind of like a mini chocolate bar.
Great course , well maintained
Shame if may not be around much longer
Challenging course
Best course by far in all of Niagara region. A shame jt has been reduced to 9 holes now. Fairways and greens are second to none, immaculate. Tee decks, perfectly flat. You won't break your wrist if you take a deep divot occasionally like you would on other courses. No clubhouse, basic food truck and outdoor patio. Tee times are abundant.
