It was a well groomed course

They were aerating the front nine so played the back twice greens and tee boxes were in great condition. Couple of rough spots in one or two fairways. Pace of play was gd. Would play it again with a hot deal. Staff were very courteous.

My wife & I played yesterday & had a great time.
The course was not busy so it gave us time to take the odd second shot & practice a little chipping.
The greens were a little slow & there were a couple of fairway areas under repair but...no big deal!! just pick up the ball & move it. We weren't in a tournament!
Overall we had a very enjoyable day & the staff was very personable.

Save your money. Showed up late and guy at pro shop was rude. Ok, I didn't make a big deal about it. Played course and it was in horrible condition. Bald spots everywhere and dried up. Obviously they have thrown in the towel.

Good course layout.
Way too many bald spots in fairways and greens bumpy and all different speeds.
You expect this kind of rough terrain on a course that charges no more than $10 for green fees. For a course with so many othe courses around, its definately time for this place to step up their game!

We are getting to the end of September ... but I have seen much better greens at other locations the past 2 weeks. Bumpy and slow greens with lots of odd marks ... brown etc .... Some really nice layouts on some holes and lots of fun.

T boxes were mud and grass mostly mud, greens were terrible slow and dead spots all over, fairways hard to tell from rough not cut for a while only good thing was price at $15.00 but that was over priced for conditions.

Excellent value always enjoy playing this course never had a bad experience food and staf very friendly will play this course often.

we spent most of our time waiting for the group in front of us who spent most of their time waiting for the group in front of them...etc. etc.

The ground was really really hard so your balls bounced and ran on, usually into a ditch which almost EVERY hole had one across the fairway. The course owners obviously take no notice of our comments as I notice everyone has made this comment and it hasn't made any difference.

one of the main reasons we enjoy golf is for relaxation. There was nothing relaxing about this course, more frustrating. So we will NOT return.

I HAVE PLAYED THERE MANY TIMES. IT WAS ALWAYS GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY.
THIS TIME WAS ABSOLUTLY AWFUL. THE FAIRWAYS AND SANDTRAPS WERE HARD AS A ROCK. THE GREENS WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN FULL OF SAND. PATCHES AND THE BALL JUMPED AND BUMPED. NEVER SEEN ANY WORSE. I WAS TOLD THEY RAN OUT OF WATER.
I WILL NEVER PLAY THIS COURSE AGAIN EVEN IF IT WAS FREE UNTIL IT'S BEEN FIXED UP.

The course was very dry all over. The fairways and green were in very poor shape. Course has a good layout with some nice par 4 and 5.

The course is very walkable, and delivers a good variety of holes. The bunkers need work however in terms of value for the dollar, this course can't be beat.

For the most part, this course is in good shape. The ground was very hard and the ball ran forever. However, it very often ran into trouble. Lots of shots over water and distances where you need to lay up. The greens were a little marked up and quite slow but had lots of very subtle breaks you didn't see. All in all, a good course and lots of fun. The staff are very friendly and pleasant. Go to Pelham Hills, it's a great day!!

Course quite dry causing balls to bounce eratically and not sticking on the greens.

This course is in the worst shape of any course in the Niagara area. Most fairways are bare clay with some clover and little grass. The tee boxes are like cement. You literally have to hammer in the tees in some cases. The greens were fast and the only true green areas on the course. Many dead trees line each and every fairway.

There is plenty of water on the course, but it is not being used to irrigate the course. It is likely the course hasn't been watered in weeks with the exception of the greens.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. It took 3 hours to play 11 holes. I gave up at that point. I have never given up on a course until today. I will never be back and will let all my friends know how bad this place is.

Grass on greens was long making puts VERY slow. Greens as a whole were very rough and in poor condition. Fairways inconsistent - some in great shape while others it was hard to find any grass.

Course overall was dry and hard, needed a hammer to put a tee in on numerous tee boxes.

Like the course, visually very appealing but in desperate need of some serious maintenance. Even with the discount I would play other courses ahead of this one.

Great track and great value for the money. Well laid out with lots of varying elevations and green locations. My only complaint was that the fairways are dry ( great to add yardage to those low burners, but tough to keep it in play on those side hills. Well worth the green fees and I will play it again. PS The greens are in good shape and the ball rolls true.

My son and I got a good price to play 18 holes walking It started to rain with thunder and lightning after 5 holes and when I got home there where tornado warnings. Because we got such a good deal we where only offer two 9 hole or one 18 hole rain check

The course was dry in some areas. on the greens you need to bring a longer hitting club than your putter... The slowest greens in the area. Couldn't tell the rough from the fairway cause they where the same length.. LONG. Tee boxes where hard at best. Needed a hammer to get your tee in. Just wasn't what I thought it would be. Could be said to be a FARMERS FIELD!!
