Strong value, fine course.
Course conditions have improved during 2022. Pace of play is great most of the time, rates are best bang for the buck around, greens faster than most, greens firmest around, and course is walkable. No real clubhouse which I don’t care about, but staff is always friendly and helpful.

All are good but some golfers are so rude, they are start hitting while the who are in front are still in the green.
So my review is please inform those golfers to wait till the fairway and greens are not occupied before they hit the next swing.
