About
Located just six miles west of Ocean City, Md., Ocean Resorts Golf Club is a good option if you're looking for a round that is fun to play but still a good value. The course is known for being player friendly enough for any skill level but there are still several challenges in store with multiple sets of tees that range from 4,800 to 6,500 yards. Water hazards come into play on a few holes and there are also several strategically placed bunkers you'll have to contend with. The layout rewards proper club selection and good strategy but it's not overly punishing for high handicappers. A unique aspect of Ocean Resorts is that it's owned by the Wor-Wic Community College.

Nice course
We had a great time. The course was in great shape.
Nice value
Windy windy day and that made the course much more difficult. Greens in good shape. Nice value.
Great Value
The course was in great condition! Greens rolled perfect and I found that the rough was very forgiving. The course does not have much visual appeal (fountains, overuse of flowers, etc...) as some of the surrounding courses but if you are looking to play a nice course and get out and golf then this is the perfect course for you. I loved it and will definitely play it again. Definitely worth a five star rating. For reference, I am normally a high 80's golfer and I shot a 78 here.
Fantastic value
Course was in the best condition in many years. Fairway grass and greens in excellent health with nearly no wet areas; open for cart use. Greens smooth and true and not too fast. Bunkers in good condition. Very competitive price for a fun challenging course with a couple of easy par 5s to boost confidence and fun.
Disappointed
This was really disappointing. This round took us 5 hours because nobody was monitoring the pace of play. There was a guy in the foursome behind us that joined my husband and I because the other three in his group weren’t keeping with the pace of play either. Waiting up to 10 minutes in between every hole is unacceptable. The course was definitely not in the condition that I would have expected for the price we paid. The driving range is laid out with string with no mats at all. Just disappointed. We won’t be back and I won’t be recommending this to other people.
Great Course, Great Time!
Course was in great shape considering it’s early April and lots of recent rain. Not busy so they let us tee off early. Great layout. Had an amazing time with son! Will return.

Great staff
Ocean Resorts Golf Course tries to ensure everyone had a good experience. It is also probably the best value golf course in Ocean city area.
It had a nice mix of easier and more difficult holes. Some holes are wide open and some are tight; greens vary in size from small to large. No two holes are the same.
The course is great for walking, the layout is relatively flat and green to tees are close.
Pace of play is very good. New carts have USB ports.
The best part though is the great, friendly staff.
Good value
Clubhouse staff (Bill) was great. Got us off prior to a foursome which greatly improved pace of round. Will return.
